Well sorry to say it's was disappointing to cut my burrito in have and see about 3 t spoons of steak and a hand full of rice for 12 dollars . I've Been come here since 2008 ...that last onwer and his cooks new how to make a burrito. The first review I saw on this just now said some 1 has been coming here for 30 years . Folks will type just about anything for a buck .....it not happening with me there was no taste on the radishes .....I'm not upset ..... I just miss the old owners style food with love not just a smile..... I miss his cooked onions and the carrots and the hot peppers..... On the side that was the best long lasting flavor in the mouth ........ Ps the old burritos had lots of stake with a better taste .....I still have alot of cooked rice with tap water thats how its cooked.... not bottled as the heart burn sets ....I no why I stopped going 4 years ago after i tried it from the new ownership ... I guess I wanted to remember the past with my dog ....I would go there for 1 steak burrito for me and dog had side of steak every time ..... This place is now far from me going back. Like it's not even there .... Any way good luck I never had a sad burrito like that ever .... Rice burritos 12 cash ..... No way.... I miss you old timer love u Man..... And your family they treated me and others right ๐......that's my Oakland...

The cover for the tables is stable - very nice - Hadn't been in many, many years, since back when i ate meat for breakfast. But, while passing through town, i got gas, started craving mexican, and took the detour for a burrito. It was sprinkling, breezy, cold. Which is probably why it felt like it took forever. Once I relaxed, it was ready. And wow!! I just had the best veggie burrito I've had in years. Aromatic, tangy, spicy-hot, savory and bright. Veggie plus guacamole, $11. About right for east bay. The vegie bag on the side had a bunch of pickled carrots, radishes, etc., and a roasted lil white onion that was so, so delicious. So i guess this lil taco truck is back in the rotation. Yippee! Next time, I'll ask if the guacamole has cream or no, and if they can make it a lil milder. Cleared my sinus, but also, well, you know what that 'just a lil too hot'...
