I would never recommend my worst enemy go here. I have been going to the High Street Carwash for years. I paid them $45.00 and a tip to have them steal from me.
I went to the carwash, and as I was getting out, I saw my $325 Chloe shades in the case. I said to myself, Let me grab those, and started grabbing my phone, water bottle, and some papers with identifying information and completely forgot.
I then tipped the Man for providing a service and drove off. I went to grab my sunglasses case, and it WAS GONE! I called, and the Supervisor who went on to say he has worked there for 11 years and never had an allegation of theft! Red flag number one! I then reminded him that when I was paying for the wash, someone called saying their passport that was under the floorboard was gone! He said everyone blames the car wash but he would get back to me in a few days. I then drove back there and demanded to see the video, which is dark and does not keep a continuous recording of the vehicles.
I am livid; I wore those glasses almost every day. On my phone alone, I have over 50 pictures of me wearing those glasses, and for them to tell me they were not in my car when I wear them every day was so insulting. For me to pay for a service and then get my property stolen was so disturbing and disrespectful.
I will never go there again, and I say, GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!! To me, IT IS NOT WORTH it! I am making it my mission to tell anyone who will listen. It is not...
Read moreI've gone here a few times and had a good experience, but today I had a bad experience. I went there for a hand wash and lined up where I was supposed to but was told to drive around near the kiosk. I pulled up there and then I was told to move to where the line was to go through the machine car wash. I was very confused as I wanted a hand car wash and kept trying to clarify why I was being sent there. I said, "I don't want to go through the car wash. Is this a new process? Why do I have to go here?" and was told, "It's just for the vacuuming." So, I gave them my keys and went inside. It turns out that I received the machine car wash. There is only one price posted so it seems to be the same for the hand wash and the machine. I don't know why it would be worth it to trick me into this since it seems the price is the same, except that probably most people want the hand wash so they can do more volume by forcing people into the machine wash. I might have chalked this up to an innocent misunderstanding except that the exact same thing was happening to another woman as I walked up to the kiosk to get my car. Needless to say, my car was not nearly as clean as it would if they had hand washed it and I am not happy. So, if you are going to use them, be very clear you are demanding the hand wash and don't let them bamboozle you and then pretend it was just a...
Read moreThis is one of the best, most detail oriented car wash I've ever been to. Sometimes the wait is crazy, but you wont find such attention to detail at many other places. The prices? Average to expensive. The wait can be pleasant if its not crowded. However if its crowded, it can get Loud and awkward. The new renovations are nice and allows for more seating for customers. Overall, for the service they provide they do it well. Their detail package prices are competitive and seem to include more value than other places. The manager is accessible, the employees are courteous and property is always clean.
The oil changing dept can seem a bit abrasive, meaning they don't smile much. However, they still do what they do well and they are fast! There is one guy though that always smiles and seems patient if you have questions..cannot recall his name as I am writing this review. I will update on my next visit. He makes up for the rest of the serious mood of that area.
Overall, this place is really good for both car washes and oil changes. But its the car wash that puts them in a category all their own. There is beauty in...
