Our dinner was a true delight! The owner was so sweet and really took care of us! We were so busy devouring the food (also because we were hungry) that I forgot to take photos! Let's get down to it, we ordered: Krispy wings (really freaking good, came out piping hot, crispy but with a thick sweet sauce) Basil chicken (probably the least exciting thing we ordered. This was the one average dish) Pineapple fried rice (instead of the classic chicken my brother gets, we tried something a little different. Was an interesting twist and would try again). Normally though, I forego fried rise for brown rice and a vegetable dish, so I'm not a fried rice connoisseur Saysetha suki noodles. Usually order pad see Ew or pad see Mao, but this sounded unique. Honestly, love the peanut sauce in these noodles. Green curry with pork. A little thinner than I've had but still great. Healthy serving of meat in this dish Deep fried fish fillet. Normally would stay away from this much fried food but our table wanted to try it! Even though it was covered in a minced garlic sauce, the fish stayed decently crispy through the end of the meal Overall, great flavor. It wasn't super spicy in terms of pepper heat, but they had a slew of hot sauces available upon request. Honestly, we didn't even use hot sauce til the end of the meal. Would definitely go again, seemed like a lot of folks who came in while we were seated were regulars! Always a great feeling to find a...
Read moreI'm rarely motivated to write a review but this is the grossest Thai food I've ever eaten. I ordered simple Pad See Ew and I have NO IDEA what sauce they attempted to make to put on these noodles. It is a random dark sauce that has nothing to do with Thai food. If I hadn't driven home, I literally would return this and ask for a refund. I can't believe a Thai restaurant could screw up this simple dish. Additionally the spring rolls are deep fried and the peanut sauce is basically just vinegar with a few chopped peanuts floating...
Read moreI have no idea how this place gets 4+ stars. It's overwhelming characteristic is, simply, sweetness. Dishes lack depth of flavor, spice, and interesting and/or nice ingredients.
I would expect this quality of Thai food in small towns/cities but not in an area renown for it's food.
I am sure the owners are very nice, but as a neighbor, I will be happy the day is replaced with a new restaurant. We deserve better.
If you're in the hood: Go next door for burgers (with a Korean...
