Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Oakland

The lobby is almost never open, and the employees only serve food to people on foot whenever they feel sufficiently staffed.

I live right next door, and have almost given up trying to get food on foot now. It is completely unreliable and for the first time in months, the doors were open at 9pm. When I get inside, an employee tells me that they're closed. The signage says it closes at 10pm, however when I pressed her, she said their lobby closes at 8pm (IF THEY OPEN IT AT ALL).

Food is comparable to almost any other Jack in The Box(Only reason I know this is because when I first moved here, I went through the drive-thru), so if you're using the drive thru it is probably acceptable.

There is never any signage posted when they are closed due to staffing either, just locked doors and the employees refuse to inform you or even acknowledge you are there. You just have to walk up to the door and see if...

Absolutely the worst fast food location ever. I wish I could have given them 3 negative stars. Customer service is everything and they do not have any. From appearance to demeanor. Kristina who supposedly is management is the epitome of unprofessional. How can someone answer the phone and hang up on your callers when they are asking a simple question? then when it brought to their attention, they laughs. That's what happens when you give children titles. It doesn't matter where you work, you should always take pride in the customer experience. Drive thru is suppose to be efficient, fast, timely and accurate. This restaurants didn't meet any of the drive their qualities. Someone with her awful qualities should be let go and find employment at the zoo since she acts like an animal and treats the customers as such. NEVER...

I know it's Jack in the Box really never more than three stars but this visit was the last time I will ever go there. They got my order wrong and then when I went back in she didn't even say sorry and acted like I was my fault. When I said this is what I want they said we don't sell that and they said it's right there on the menu and she rolled her eyes at all get a manager period manager wasn't much better he just took the food threw it away told him make the right thing and walked away never addressing me at all.
