The Best Dim Sum & Pastry — Restaurant in Oakland

I came here to show my support for locally owned family businesses. Businesses in this plaza keeps getting broken into. The food here is OK. I got the lotus leave chicken, a small porridge and a Chinese donut for $12. It was past 1pm and some of the stuff were no longer available. The cashier had to scrape the bottom of the pot to fill up 80% of a small container of porridge. Regardless, I hope they do well and...

Love it here. The egg custard bun is TO DIE FOR. It's big and filled to the brim with custard, it's the best bang for your buck. Not only that but the siu mai, ha khaw, and the turnip cakes are a little bigger than what I get normally so it's a great deal. Staff is friendly, I'm a English speaker so it's fairly easy to order. They do except cash or Zelle and those payment types a simple to execute. 10/10...

The name is deceiving, I trust maybe 5 years ago. It's like ghost town, #pause If you know you know. I was so disappointed, I haven't been in the area shopping for years.
