I placed a mobile pick-up order to save time on my way to the office, but unfortunately, the process was far from efficient.
After waiting for an extended period, I was informed that my order was delayed because the chicken was still being cooked. Although this was inconvenient, I understood that delays happen. However, after waiting an additional 10 minutes, I finally received my order and left for work.
On the drive, the drink holder provided by the staff broke, causing the drinks to spill all over my freshly detailed car. While I recognize that accidents happen, it was incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, when I arrived at work and opened my food, I discovered that the order was incorrect. I attempted to call the store directly five times with no answer. On the sixth attempt, I was able to reach someone and explain the situation, but I was told that the only options were to return to the restaurant or contact the customer experience line. Since I was already at work, returning was not feasible, and when I asked if the food could be delivered as a solution, the staff member showed no sympathy and informed me there was nothing else they could do.
I am incredibly disappointed with this entire experience. Not only did I receive the wrong order after a long wait, but the lack of customer service I encountered when trying to resolve the issue was...
Read moreWe had been going to this Chick-fil-A about once a week since they opened last year. The service was always good as was the food and atmosphere. Something however changed in their dynamics over the past couple months. Last month we stopped there for dinner (this is a sit down and order location) and as we went to find a seat we were told that if we didn’t order on the app, then we needed to get in line up front (and the line was busy) so we just left. We stopped going there until last night when we decided to give it another try. As we entered it wasn’t busy inside, however the empty tables were mostly dirty and so was the floor. We found the cleanest looking table and sat down, but the seats were greasy and the floor under the table had food all over it. We decided to ignore the mess as another couple came in after us and sat down at another table. An employee went to their table and took their order without coming to ours. We sat and waited and waited, then an employee walked past our table with food for someone else and didn’t even acknowledge that we were there. We waited a little longer and nobody showed up to take our order so we just left. I felt very undervalued last night as a paying customer who frequented this establishment a lot. Read moreWe have had nothing but bad experiences here, I am unsure why we keep going back. We have been ignored in the restaurant after being told someone would be there shortly to take our order, to missing items in our take put order. Today was icing on cake as 1 employee walked around removing numbers from cars before delivering orders when ours was taken I questioned a 2nd employee and was told this is just how we do it. As we wait for our order for an unreasonable amount of time I notice people pacing the parking lot and realize they too are waiting on drive thru orders. Finally an order was shoved through our window and immediately we corrected the kid as he delivered lemonades spilling out of their cups and into my lap... we ordered milk shakes. 2nd try he delivers 3 of 5 milkshakes so I remind him we have 5. He then comes back and says the shakes aren't ours and needs to take them back. As my frustration grows so does the frustration of others waiting for their orders. It turns out between 3 cars they had mixed up all our orders, perhaps this is why they don't typically remove your order number from your car until your order is delivered. At this point we ask for a refund. This place definitely is given to much credit and deserve a much lower rating...
