I rarely give 5 stars unless a company truly goes above and beyond, and thanks to their manager Trudy, that’s exactly what Extra Space Storage has done for me.

From day one, Trudy has made my experience seamless and pleasant. She is proactive, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about the people she serves. She anticipates what you’ll need before you even ask, whether it’s making sure you have all the rental info upfront, finding the most convenient unit size and layout, or even making sure I could access the hard to open packaging for my lock without having to carry scissors.

I’ve been with Extra Space for over a year, and my trust in them only deepened recently. When my original facility was sold to another owner, I started running into all kinds of issues. I decided to cancel and move to the brand-new Extra Space facility, and by coincidence, Trudy was managing there too. I immediately recognized the difference her leadership made. Honestly, I could tell she had been handling my unit before, even without meeting her, just from the level of care and organization.

I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. We rented a 10x10 unit and were really impressed with both the security and the overall quality of the facility. The building is very clean and feels safe, with cameras throughout and secure access along with reliable locks.

The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the level of service and quality. Dan was awesome. He answered all our questions, was incredibly friendly, and made the whole process smooth. We really appreciated how accommodating he was.

We were out looking at several locations for storage options when I drove by the Extra Space Storage and noticed their building. We decided to stop in and acquire information and we were immediately greeted by Daniel, the store manager. I noticed how clean the operation was and saw some simple things, like carts available to transfer your stuff to your unit.
