Iāll start by mentioning our ordering experience. The person taking our order over the phone was kind and attentive. He asked us if weāve ever ordered there before and confirmed the address when the answer was no. He read back the order and made sure we had an estimate on pickup time. We arrived and it took us no more than two minutes to retrieve our pie. Not to mention the mom and pop atmosphere which was a refreshing surprise. We were so impressed by the service (and smell lol), we decided to eat right away in the truck. It was almost better than how we were treated. It was delicious to say the very least and the quality showed. We got half a Hawaiian (which isnāt listed on the menu as an item but itās not hard to add ham and pineapple to a pizza) and the other half, drum roll please⦠fresh garlic and BROCCOLI. I grew up in New England and you couldnāt go to a local pizza shop without broccoli being an option for a topping. It was my go to order and I have been searching for that broccoli on pizza high since 07ā when we moved here. I am ECSTATIC to have found this place on a complete whim with my girlfriend. Definitely making this a hot spot on our takeout list. Thank you guys so much! Keep doing what...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe reasons why they did not get 4+ stars from me is because their attitude and customer service skills are horrible, their online ordering is tricky, and they have a $5 delivery fee that does NOT include a tip for the driver, so delivery adds up to around $10 to your order! As a new customer I called to inquire about delivery and their food. The young sounding girl at the restaurant was unable to answer my questions so she asked her boss (or whoever was in charge). In short, I was told that they do NOT take delivery or to go orders over the phone. If I had issues with the online ordering or had questions I needed to visit the restaurant in person. The online ordering did NOT offer slices (something I wanted to add to my order) so I did without. I had no idea how large (or small) the portions were, so I had to guess. I ended up spending $36+ on a gigantic sausage stromboli with 2 extra toppings (tax, tip, delivery fee included) that I was unable to eat by myself because no one could answer a simple question over the phone!!! Really?!?!? The stromboli was okay, it was mostly peppers and onions but still tasty. I will NOT be back. If you can't answer your customer's questions, then you do not deserve...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have gotten pizza and wings from San's a few times and it has been good..... not great, not something you would crave but good. Tonight we wanted to try something else. We ordered the chicken parmesan, ham and cheese calzone, garlic bread with cheese and kids cheese ravioli. The chicken had the consistency of rubber..... I could barely cut through it with my knife. It wasn't dried out and over cooked .... the chicken itself was just bad. I spent almost my entire life in the restaurant business and have no clue how you get chicken to come out like that. The "homemade marinara sauce" they have was dark, thick tomato paste, my guess it was in the steam table about 5 hours too long the day before. The little side salad that was included was basic but looked ok besides the tomatoes that were still green on the top. The garlic bread with cheese and the calzone were the only good things about our $45 dinner. Usually I would call to talk to the manager before I would write a bad review but whoever made our dinner either did not care how it looked and turned out or doesn't know what they are doing. Either way it should have never left the restaurant. We...
