I placed an ordered 6 subs online so we could take advantage of the FLBOGO sale. Online ordering seems to be an issue with getting your subs made correctly, not sure how hard it is to follow an order. Then the girls working started out very nice and then when they burned a toasted sub and wanted to pass it off to us anyway that was an issue when we asked them to remake the sub. Only one of the subs was made correctly, we were the last subs of their night as they made all the other subs for people waiting in line or who came in while we waited to get our order. When we brought them home, 5 of the six were made incorrectly, missing toppings that were clearly requested on the order, they put way too much mayo, vinaigrette, and other sauces on the subs to the point that they were extremely soggy and gushing with sauce. The one girl was extremely angry when asked to remake the burnt sub, that she threw the sub in the garbage and made a gesture and had an attitude afterwards. Sadly I find that Subway is lacking in customer service when these young children work in the stores alone without supervision, and they way the customer is treated is just not right. Some understanding on the part of the Company and let alone the employees (Young Employees) they need to understand what customer service is all about. Treating the customer right, and understand that the money they spend at that establishment is what helps to cover their paycheck, without the customer you would not have a job/business, etc. Sadly I am a very unhappy customer with they way that employee acted about remaking a burnt sub for an elderly person that was looking to enjoy that for their dinner. I do not think I will be back to this Subway, I would much rather go to an establishment that values their customers and wants to make their experience a reason to come back, this did not happen...
Read moreLet me start by saying my family and I have 2 other Subway stores near us that we could go to, but WE CHOOSE to go to this Subway, which is a little out of our way. Every time that my family and I have been to this Subway store we feel like it is the BEST Subway we have ever been to, especially here in Ocala. It is extremely clean, organized and the layout is very open. You don't feel like you are going to step on people's feet or run into someone that is sitting down at a table, booth or high-top table. I've NEVER had any staff that has treated myself or my family members poorly. It seems as though they keep their personal life "checked" outside the front door (Like other jobs people have and you are supposed to do). It's as if they don't bring their personal life to work with them, most people have a very tough time with that, but I have NEVER experienced that at this Subway! That is HIGHLY COMMENDABLE!!👏 The staff that makes your food are VERY well trained. They listen to what you want and don't act like you are frustrating or even annoying them with what you want. She sat there and was making everything wrong and said we couldn't get lettuce in the nachos and then had the audacity to try and give three little shreds of steak like it was ok or like I wasn't watching and then for her to even be more rude she barely put any cheese on them. This girl needs to go home or get some training. She has idea what the portion sizes are and when u correct her on it she gets all snotty. Like wth I'm paying for my food I expect to get what I pay for. I hope the manager sees this and gives her some additional training on customer service and how to actually fix the food correct. Smh because this place is actually a good establishment. Just a couple of the workers there are not up to par.
