Wawa — Restaurant in Ocean City

This place has the most rudest people I have ever met. One star is too much as their rating to me is 1% of a star. I only wish I proceeded to Royal Farms to do my business. They have inadequate lighting at the gas pump. They play the most God awful music which is deafening and you cannot place a call or hear properly. I was approached at 3 am and asked to move my truck. I just gassed up and bought cigarettes. My battery would not turn over. There were 25 other pumps open yet it was necessary to move my truck. Are you kidding me? I was the only one there. The cigarettes I bought were defective and do not stay lit. I have been extremely sick and fell asleep at the pump. After calling corporate to address the issues I was approached by another rude employee saying my truck had to be moved as busy hour was approaching. They called cops and they pushed me to parking spot. I went thru all my AAA Auto and all my Allstate roadside. I called Racetrack Auto for tow no response first time. I took a taxi to Walmart and bought auto jumper. Apparently there are issues w my license and I was not allowed to drive. I tried to address those issues. I was approached by a third nasty Wawa employee. I told her to let me alone so I could figure out the jumper and get out of there. She proceeded to call police again. I asked 1 person about a jump. She said I was asking for $ which was a total lie. I got my disability check and NEVER ASKED ANYONE FOR MONEY. I put a small sign up saying need jump that is all. This place has the most rudest employees I have ever met. I am questioning whether I ever want to come to this area again. They don't treat you this way in MA, CT, NJ, PA, Delaware. I even feel New Yorkers have more pleasant people than here at least at Wawa's I have no idea who does the hiring for Wawa but they ought to be more selective of their employees. They drive business away and have absolutely no people skills whatsoever. I used to vacation here but not no more. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WAWAS AGAIN. THE MOST HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE EVER. ordered two sandwiches online around 11:45 and went in store for pickup as the app stated at 12:05. The store was fairly busy which was understandable but after waiting 15 minutes we approached the general manager named Kelly who was behind the sandwich counter and politely asked about the status of our order, she then gave us and everyone else who asked about their order attitude and spoke very rudely. After another 15ish minutes (now about 45 minutes since the order was placed) we approached Kelly again to ask how much longer she thought it would be she was extremely mouthy and rude and tried to dismiss me. Then she finally told me that my sandwiches were being made just then....

This is why Wawa is not a competitor to Royal Farms. Went there to order a veggie flatbread and a cheesesteak sub. The cheesesteak sub did not have the toppings I asked for and neither di the flatbread. The options on the kiosk for the cheesesteak had more options vegetable wise then the Veggie flatbread. The flatbread didnt have options for pickles or lettuce and it was a "veggie" flatbread. I manually asked the staff to add pickles and lettuce then they forgot the lettuce and tomatoes.
