Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Ocean Springs

So. I ordered at 5:41 it is 7:43 and still no pizza. I ordered with a new employee. I understand that everyone has to learn. I get that. But when i called they stated they had no idea if it was delivery or carryout. Said they tried to call and went to voicemail. I had my phone with me. We all (5 of us) called it and it rang fine. Then i asked for a manager. Kid gets on the phone. He states. Basically too bad so sad. We will remake it and deliver. I asked why i am paying for the imcompotence of a new employee? He basically stated. Hey...i just answered the phone. Im not a manager. Everyone here is new. I tried to be nice but for that to be the response is unacceptable since i had "already paid". We order weekly. Last order from us and most people we know. Not an acceptable answer since i had already paid and now will wait 45 more minutes. Thats ridiculous.

So....pizza got here and i had a tip for the driver.....not his fault.....threw on my porch....banged twice on door.....and gone. Goodness. Really? So what was the point of throwing it? We would have tipped since you simply deliver. SMH...... threw and ran. Pulling out when i opened the door. Scared to eat the pizza. Sure they spit in it. To the trash!!!!

Normally if i have nothing nice to say.....i say nothing at all. But today they were so wrong. Period.

Ill learn to like Dominos pizza or Pappa...

Upon walking in at 2:40pm, all the chairs where still up on the tables and the booths were beyond dirty, also the menu screens were off. I was not welcomed with the "Hi! Welcome to Marcos" that i remember. For someone who may not have evee been to marcos before, this is concerning. When the lady finally came to the counter, i ordered an italiano and a bottled drink (because their drink machine was out of order). She did not offer to put chairs down or clean a table for me, so i sat down at a dirty booth. While waiting a couple came in to order. They looked around as if the place was closed, because it looks closed. They also had to sit at a dirty table. Once my food was ready, she called my number for me to come get it. Didnt offer me a plate or cheese or pepper. I remember the previous manager would bring our food out to us. I am very dissapointed with the way this Marcos has changed since they removed the previous manager. I also do not see any serve safe certifications on the wall, so for all i know they are making my food in unsanitary ways. Honestly ive been coming to this marcos since it opened after radio shack closed down in this unit. It has NEVER been this bad. Actually it has never been bad at all till now. I dont think i will ever be coming...

I ordered 2 pizzas online. The timeline I was given to pick them up was 5:40-5:50. I ordered them at 5:18. Okay, this is a reasonable time to prepare 2 pizzas. I walk in the store at 5:45. I was not greeted for a few minutes by the guy at the counter. The girl was taking care of a couple that was there when I walked in. Then the girl walks away. The guy ,,, still standing there. The girl finally told him to wait on me. I told him I ordered online and told him my name. He went to the rack and looked at the pizza there. He said that they must still be in the oven. There were 2 boxes on the shelf, that he JUST looked at. AFI I'm waiting for another 10 minutes and ask again about my pizzas. Could he just check on them? Guess what? Those 2 boxes sitting on thre shelf when I walked in, the ones he looked at? Those were my pizzas, there the whole time Oh, and I asked about getting some garlic butter, how much, etc. The girl said that it comes with the pizza. I believed her.
