Party Fair — Local services in Ocean Township

I brought a 3 ballon Happy Birthday balloon on March 22,2023 for a birthday celebration on March 23rd. I noticed that the balloons were separating. They appeared to held together by what appeared to be scotch tape. I call the store on Friday 24th spoke with manager Mitch. I just wanted to let him know that I brought a product from his store and that was coming apart. I told him of the situation and he corrected me by saying it’s not scotch tape but ballon tape. This is a good party supply store, and sadly one of the closest to us now that our local ones have closed. This location is filled with everything you could need for an occasion, from balloons to streamers to dishware to banners to makeup for costumes.
