Called to make a pick up order. Oscar is the worker who took our phone order and said it would be a 15 mins until it was ready. 20 minutes later we got to dominoes. Oscar asks what The name on the order was and said it would be a couple of more minutes. 15 minutes later I go up and ask about the order and Oscar says he couldn’t find my order and said one of the employees messed up.. When he was the one who took the order. About 30 more minutes pass and I finally go up and ask about my order again. He then proceeds to bring 3 pizzas out and says sorry about his computer crashing. So I waited an hour and a half. Mind you the whole time no one was updating me on if it was almost done or not I had to ask if it was almost out. I strongly believe if I had waited 10 more min then I would have gotten my pizzas 10 min later.. we finally get home and realize that none of the pizzas were correct. NONE OF THEM. And one of them wasn’t even sliced...LOL. I did repeat my order 2 times to him when he asked what I had ordered and still came out wrong. Not satisfied AT ALL... very disappointed. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Never going here again and never recommending...
Read moreNormally I wouldn't post negative stuff on social media. However, I've been listening to my husband over the last 5 days trying to deal with Domino's corporate office with no success. We bought a pizza last Friday night and both of us came down with severe intestinal issues - this was the only common denomiator in our eats that day. He contacted Domino's via the internet and told them what happened. He was provided a customer number #4719760. So far not one person has followed up; no return call, no follow up email - nothing. He's called them several times to where now it's just the point. All we asked for is to have our money refunded. For some reason corporate puts it back on the franchise owner. One would think for a lousy $20 and to save a customer of over 10+ years they would credit the money and deal with the franchise directly. At the very least say sorry and send a coupon for our next order - which at this point, probably will never happen. I think Domino's should take customer service lessons from...
Read moreWell to start off I always get the 7.99 large 3 topping pizza they always scam me on my girls side of the pizza I called and complained about them putting the wrong topping on it and they said they would reimburse me with a free pizza and that whenever I call it will be in the system I ordered for delivery and forgot I still had credit for a free pizza so called back while the delivery was on its way and they said they have no record of a free pizza so I'm guessing the guy scammed me i was on the phone while the delivery man was at my door trying to explain my situation and they didn't didn't give me my free pizza instea they started getting angry over the phone. Also gave the delivery man a tip while he was waiting and I regret that he was really rude after.I go to this place all the time as I live right down the way to end it here worst experience at this dominos was very mad that they lied and treated me that way.
