The worst coffee shop ever workers are very rude !!!!!!! You try to order something outside the usual Starbucks which is totally cool totally open to working with the menu and options specifically ordered chocolate creme based frappuccinos because we have kids that like a blended chocolate milk and after they rudely took the order we bring them back bc the kids tasted and you can smell the coffee in it ..kids dont need coffee... the workers rudely said "that's not how our machines work!" .... blending milk and chocolate syrup isn't so much to ask for right???? I'd like to speak to the owner. Whoever it is you need to reevaluate the ungrateful rude staff you have serving others that aren't from around here and come for a get away with open understanding things will be different but to be paying 40 dollars towards a rude staff and the young arrogant attitudes they need to take that elsewhere I'll never come back here ever!!!! They can blend milk coffee and ice with syrups but not chocolate syrup milk and ice ty for ruining our first shop stop experience here...

My recent visit to The Nautical Bean in Oceanside was incredibly disappointing, not because of the coffee, but because of the service. While the coffee itself was adequate, the experience left me feeling unwelcome and singled out. ​The barista was perfectly friendly and cordial to the customers both in front of and behind me, asking for their names and making pleasant conversation. However, when it was my turn, her entire demeanor changed. She seemed to view me as a complete nuisance. When I tried to be friendly and asked how her day was, I was met with a blunt "What can I get you?" and an impatient "Anything else?" that was full of attitude. ​To top it off, she forgot the two pumps of simple syrup I requested for my drink and never bothered to ask for my name. I left wondering what I had done to be treated so poorly when everyone else received warm service. ​An average cup of coffee isn't worth being made to feel like a burden. I would not recommend this place; there are plenty of other coffee shops in the area that will value...

THEE BEST ESPRESSO CON PANNA IN ALL IF SAN DIEGO COUNTY! I LOVE THE CHOCOLATE WHIP CREAM, THE SHAVED CHOCOLATE AND IF YOUR LUCKY THEY THROW IN A ROCK CANDY STICK. HEAVEN! As for the other menu items YOU CANT GO WRONG. The hot chocolate is tasty. The coffee of the day is always on point. The coffee condiment bar is always clean and we'll stocked. All your favorite toppings are there..vanilla, chocolate and cinnamon. The cinnamin roll donut is delicious too! Enjoy a nice relaxing view of the harbor over looking the sailboats and sparkly blue pacofic ocean. The staff is friendly and full of joy and smiles. I use to come herw more often and I don't know why I stopped. I alwats took friends were are visiting oceamside HERE. The bean selection is incredible. Tasty. Roasted where its never bitter amd burnt. There's sandwiches too made to order not prepackaged like some big coffee retailers do. Stop by on the way to or from the beach. Great place to sit in a...
