I did an online order for this location I 4 different sandwiches with different ingredients pretty simple ingredients I might add. When I got home with my order 1 sandwich was actually done right my daughter's a kids was the one that was right the 3 footlong were all F'd up. I called to have them done the right way but only took me calling 6 times for someone to finally answer the phone and all the girl said was well we can give you some free cookies... what no I payed a lot of money to have my food done right I want it redone the right way its not that hard I've worked in food business before and this is unexacptable. I even tried to call back the next day to talk to the manager and again no one answers the phone why have a phone if you never pick it up. This location is normally slow when I go and when I got there there were 2 works and 1 customer in the store. So how in the heck can you screw up 3 large subs with what you want on the ticket so bad...... next time I'll just go in cause that's the only way they never screw up my order or I'll just go somewhere else and spend my money on subs like submarin. There was a 2 for 1 footlong offer on the Subway home page so we clicked the ad and placed an order listing the Oceanside blvd location for pickup. We got a confirmation email after placing the order stating we were confirmed for pickup. We drove to the shop, went inside only to be told that they CANCELLED our order because the 2 for 1 offer was not accepted at their location. Why did their system accept our order for that location if it was not available there and why did they not even bother to ASK first if we wanted to go ahead with the order without the offer? Why is this the inly location that the lights are off above the menus? ... and whoever decided to hide the meat and cheese from the customer, made a bad idea with the new tops that cover and hide the food. 1st, I can't see what's being made, can't see the quality of the meet and cheese, and can't see anything. 2nd off Subway is questionable in quality, so when a customer can't see the food or the prep process because your big metal lid is in the way and I had to walk out and not order anything.
