Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ocoee

In the beginning, I started off at McD, to get my child and husband what they wanted. I wanted some amazing coffee and good food so I made the circle and went to your ocoee branch.

Upon arrival i was greeted and helped with great customer service. I was highly satisfied.

Until, .... I wait (as the only customer in store) for my drink. 4 mins. Cool, it's a hot drink it takes time. But I also ordered a croissant Sandwhich. At least Ten minutes after I get my drink, eat two donuts and my child is getting restless. My husband who now has seen another walk in customer order and get their food, goes up to the counter to ask about the statis of my Sandwhich. "Oh, she ordered that?" Says the same cashier who took the order.

3 secs later sandwhich comes out. I (hungry and pregnant cravings) open the wrapper to a burnt croissant. Ok.... Ill pick off the black edges and eat. I'm starving. Open the Sandwhich to find the white fat of good sausage still cold on top of the patty... Okay now im checking to see if Its hot. Because I HAVE to be careful of what I eat. Bacteria grows on food between the temps of 40 and 140. Thissausage was just warmed by the bread and eggs. Fat still cold, patty still cold. Okay, I'll take it back up. I'm kinda upset and just want a refund. Mind you, I'm one of two customers in the store. The cashier asks repeatedly if she can't just remake it. No, I'm good I want a refund and to leave. I'm upset. So she yells from the counter that I want a refund and she needs a manager.

Manager, walks up asks again if She can't just remake it. No.......

No apology, No manners, and an attitude because I wanted to justgetmy money back for a $4 Sandwhich and take my (fully paid for) donuts and leave. No customer service when they were clearly in the wrong.

Btw, I hate surveys. That's how upset I am at the way this was handled. 😵😠😭😐😳😯🚫 (survey timed out and required only 1200...

I wanted to share my experience this morning. My daughter and I went in and picked up some donuts for her and her brothers (she was with me, her brothers are at home sick). I let her carry the box herself, she's 4 and likes helping, and she dropped the box spilling all the donuts. I had a mom moment of taking a deep breath before asking her to pick them up while I went to the counter, but before I could reach it a kind young man beat me to the counter and said he wanted to buy donuts for my daughter because she had just spilled them, I was so touched, I told him it was not necessary but he insisted, then in another act of kindness the young man behind the counter said he would take care of it, even including a couple extra. These young men were both amazing, I know its donuts but thats the point, kindness and the impact doesn't have to be bigger than life, its the small smile, the kind word and the gesture, their actions meant so much to me, I wish I had thought of asking their names or doing anything other than thanking them but I was truly touched. My daughter thanked the man at the counter and I came home and shared the story with my older sons who understood how kind this act was, we were all inspired to spread some kindness, so thank you to the employee and customer, I hope you have an amazing day and know that your kind acts were appreciated and inspiring, especially...

Ok... so I have went to this D'nD and wow... this is making me preciate McDonald's more. An I hate McDonald's after the movie super size me.

Normal drive thru time is 5-10mins, but this took 20-25mins over a coupon. A customer wanted to use a coupon and the drive thru staff argued with her for almost 30 mins. To the point a district manager had to be called. Over a COUPON... a coupon. Could you not pull this person over and talk to them in a parking spot or have then come inside an speak to them? I order a BACON, egg and cheese croissants. An mistakes happen. But when the coffee is bad because it taste like you thru sugar in it instead of a carmel shot. An you give me a "Sausage", egg croissants.... seriously? You couldn't even get my order right any of it. But it was my bad for checking it when I got to work instead of pulling over to check it in the parking lot.

But, I will from now on. Right at the window, since you don't care about time. I will take my time.

Last can you have your personnel clean themselves up? Coming to a drive thru and seeing 1 person not wearing a bra and slopply hanging out is disgusting. Tuck in your shirts. I know this is a minimum wage job. But this is a starting point, where you learn to build yourself up for bigger better things. But, if you start off looking like trash an not respecting yourself. How you going...
