I have been to this Keke's and the one in Clermont several times; and, the difference is day and night. The service in Ocoee is slower than a herd of turtles stampeding through peanut butter. Chef Snail cooks your food here as it takes an awful long time to get the food. I understand, it is made fresh but that's not unique to this restaurant only. Food is decent, not exceptional. The worst part, however, is the service. You might get lucky and get the one good server here, but, it is not worth writing home about. Multiple times the food does not come all at once and when it does arrive, it is wrong. When you mention the mistake to the server or the manager they act like you're eating there for free so stop complaining. And, they have a tendency to reply in a rude tone of voice. Compared to the one in Clermont where staff is 99% friendly and acknowledge their mistake and fix it right away. The 3 things I do not personally like at both of these locations is their "booths" and major inconsistency in their "Home Fries." These may not look anything like "fries," but "them potatoes" are not supposed to be hard when in your plate...that only means they are not cooked properly. It is rare that our potatoes were cooked properly. The seating booths move easily and if someone sits right behind you and they move a lot, you'll share the unwillingly share the movements with them. If someone big and tall sits behind you, you better ask to be moved or enjoy the bumps. Last, but not least, the bacon is 90% fat.

This was my first time visiting Keke’s with my family and it was absolutely amazing! My daughter had the Silver Pancakes with strawberries on top and the yogurt. I had the Apple Cinnamon French toast with the scrambled eggs and bacon strips. And we also tried the ā€œmake your own omeletteā€ the home fries and the toast! And we even bought another order of apple cinnamon French toast to go. It’s was such a great experience, the French toast reminded me of a homemade apple pie! I will definitely be back. It is on the pricey side however it is well worth it, the quality is amazing!!! Service needs improvement. Waited almost ten minutes to be greeted and asked for drinks by our waitress. Another couple walked in after us that seemed like ā€œregularsā€ and they had their drinks before we did, and they got their food before we did; although we were ready to be taken care of.

My wife and I went to Keke's for breakfast and we were very pleased with the service and the food. Our server, Mohammed, was very attentive and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us frequently. The food was delicious and fresh. I had the cheese steak omelet, which was loaded with tender steak, cheese, and veggies. It came with a side of home fries and a breakfast bowl. My wife had the build your own option, where she chose French toast, eggs, bacon, and fruits. The French toast was fluffy and sweet, the eggs were cooked to her liking, the bacon was crispy, and the fruits were ripe and juicy. We enjoyed our breakfast at Keke's and we would definitely come back again. The portions were generous, the prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was cozy and modern. Keke's is a great place to start your day with a satisfying meal. 😊

I'm very disappointed with the way I was treated today. The food isn't great these days, but I decided to go. The wait time was 20 minutes. As we started waiting, my daughter told me she needed some contact lenses solution and I told her to go to Publix (at the same plaza) to grab it. To make the story short and get straight to the point, when we were called by the Hostess for the party of three, I informed her that my daughter was already returning from Publix and looking for a parking spot. She told me she couldn't seat us until my daughter (17 yrs. old) was physically at the restaurant. I told her I already knew she wanted the pancakes as always and I was going to be ordering for her just that. My daughter texted me she was already looking for a parking spot. The hostess was very rude. I immediately asked her to please let me talk with the Manager (Ana) and when she came I told her what the situation was. I don't even think she cared enough to be helpful and provide good customer service taking in consideration my daughter was still a minor and I knew already what to order for her. At this point, I told her I had changed my mind and now I was going to be eating just with my son and I will order the pancakes for her to go. Even after this, she didn't want to seat us to have our breakfast. I had to insist at the front entrance as I was already calling my daughter to tell her to stay at the car as I was going to order her pancakes to go (my daughter had eaten already at home some cereal before and I knew she wasn't starving). The Manager took her time just looking at us before finally we were seated. I was honestly very upset and I couldn't believe the magnitude of rudeness of the Manager (being the fact, I am a Manager as well but of health services). While I was waiting for our food I saw how next to us across the hallway there was another table with a gentleman who was seated by another waitress with 3 additional servings and this man sat there alone for a good 8 min. by himself! As I was looking through the glass window looking outside I noticed a woman walking with 2 girls and later on they came inside and sat next to the man. So here I'm thinking, why he was allowed to seat alone at first and even when I mentioned I had changed my mind from my original request for 3 people to only 2, I was given such poor service and their excuse was that everyone in the party needed to be together at the restaurant so they can be seated. I can understand if this is for adults and perhaps a group of friends, but if you are a mom and you are the one paying and knowing what to order for your children, it sounds to me totally ridiculous and even insane, especially when the evidence shows not every customer is treated with the same rule. We were seated in a booth for 4 people and as the manager pass by, I actually called her to ask her what the difference was for me to be allowed to be seated with my son and order her pancakes if at the end there were space for her to seat ( they were not going to be seating a stranger next to me). She came again with excuses and at this point, I told her to just go and leave us alone since I realized she was not very intelligent because as a Manager, you need to be able to differentiate and analyze individual circumstances of each customer to make adjustments when needed and is appropriate so you can continue providing great customer service . When the food arrived they brought my daughter's pancakes inside a box. Five minutes later, my daughter who was waiting outside in the car for a while, actually got inside the restaurant and even when there were space for her to seat next to us to eat her pancakes, I instructed her to take the pancakes and eat them inside the car as I was afraid the Manager will come to us again with her poor customer service. This is the last time I will come to this restaurant and in my 48 years this is honestly the first time I take my time to write a review. This place will go downhill with the poor Management...

The food was very good. And I recommend breakfast. I've been here before and this was probably the best food that I've had. We just had an issue with our server but I don't think that anyone else will have that same situation after our event. I asked if I could substitute for the wheat toast that came with my breakfast. She said yes and all the choices that she gave me had an upcharge (she never mentionef the substitutions that were equal with no additional fee), but she didn't tell us about any additional cost. When the bill had $6 in up charges. I told her that if there had been an upcharge she should have informed us of that because we should have been allowed to make the decision on whether or not we wanted to spend the additional money. the issue was not the money it was whether or not the decision was made to spend the money should be mine. Her comment was "it's listed on the menu" (my husband was not happy at all with that comment). Common sense says I would not have asked her to if I'd known. She offered to get management to make an adjustment and we said no. I gave her my opinion in full. I also told her that by her not having done that her tip would be less. Coincidentally one of the managers stopped by our table before we left so I had the opportunity to explain the situation to her. As it turns out the policy of the restaurant is that the wait staff is supposed to disclose if there is an upcharge. In the future a situation like this we will accept the opportunity to speak with the manager about the charges because a manager can't correct their wait staff if they don't know the situation. On another note she also charged our breakfast on another tables check and their breakfast on our bill or something like that I don't know it was confusing. So overall we definitely recommend a breakfast at Keke's and after our experience you should have full disclosure and a pleasurable wait staff...

Horrible Customer Service. Save yourself the headache and don't even waste your time making an online order. They won't get it right and they won't even call you if they forget part of your order when you leave. Don't even try to call the phone is off the hook 24/7. The manager and staff are Useless and i am still waiting on my refund. I guess I'll have to dispute the charges, even though I returned the food Back and refused all free food they tried to give me. I will never go back to a keke's again in my life. Not the first bad experience with this place but it will be my last. This store lacks customer service skills completely and they couldn't care less to get the order right the first time. Like how don't any of you have enough knowledge to call the customer so they can come back. YOU HAVE THE NUMBER ON THE ONLINE ORDER!!!!! I believe a lot of the good reviews are fake by staff, family and friends. Dinning in we had a bad experience too. The fact the owner is not as responsive to address the bad reviews on google speaks volumes to me. Like saying your sorry is pointless. Get a crew that has enough experience to even work for you. My mothers days breakfast was ruin. Sorry wont change anything but a phone call to come back to the store before we made it home would have. Instead the bag was sitting at the counter waiting for us to come back. Are you kidding me, you knew it was left behind and that it was not given to us before we left and you couldn't even call us back. WOWWWWWW!!!!!

Update: 5/19/24 The manager never processed my refund as promised and now I have to dispute the charges. So I got bad service, returned all the food and then they still kept my money. I...
