Service sucked.. the two ladies in the window had a problem remaking their own mess up about a smoothie that took literally 2 minutes to make and then hands me my chocolate chip frappe with no chocolate chips when I questioned them about it they turned to me and said I have to ask for that.. so I literally said so I have to ask for the chocolate chips that come on the chocolate chip frappe?!? I was running late to drop my kid off at school so had no time to argue about it and sped off.. I had five bacon egg and cheese McGriddles a banana smoothie and the chocolate chip frappe and five hash browns... To be treated with such disrespect and act like they don't even want their job is ridiculous and uncalled for.. so I decide to call up there and speak to the manager, I was on the phone with the manager and he kept questioning is that what I asked for and I said yes it even says on the sticker chocolate chip frappe as he was trying to get my name he asked me to hold on and decided to take an order, while I'm on the phone with my complaint... Very unprofessional does McDonald's seem to be going downhill with who they are hiring... Such a shame when there are good people out there looking for a job and could do a hell of a lot better. Will not be going back to that McDonald's.. promoting something new and then don't even give it...

I went in 5:30am on 12/28/18. First of all, I waited over 7 minutes before being acknowledged. No greeting; just "acknowledged." No big deal. So I began to order: I asked for a big breakfast, no bread...the guy looked at me incredulously. No bread? He repeated with a look...yes, I'm allergic to bread. I can't have gluten. I'd like to substitute the bread for sausage. "We cannot do that!" I told him that I do it all the time. With an attitude he rung it up and told me the price. I said I wasn't done ordering. I told him about a previous experience there where they wouldn't give me an espresso shot, only coffee and I told him I simply wanted an espresso shot. He said they don't do that. I decided not to argue and instead ordered a mocha frappuccino. He said they don't sell that. I said what do you mean? He said, rather rudely, that they sell frappe's. I said fine. Give me one of those with a double shot of espresso inside of it. Eventually I was given my order and not a word was said to me. I shook my head and left, but returned a second later for my forgotten hash brown. No word was spoken as I left again. They always messed up the orders, missing items or changing what you order and give attitude if you notice their mistakes!!!!! They have Nerves!!!!! Today I went to the drive through, my order was simple, one # 3 large with Diet Coke. I went ahead and pay for the order. Oh the last window, they have no idea about my order. They start scream Creole between each other, my order wasn’t on their screen, they keep saying that I order something else, even the manager came trying to convence me with the wrong order she said and I quote “oh I see, but they charge you something else” and my answer was simple. I said, that’s on you guys, my order again was a #3 Large with Diet coke, and I continue “if you have cameras, or record the conversations you can go and check” my problem is not the misunderstanding of my order.
