I'm so frustrated with this place I ordered the awesome saucem bacon cheeseburger meal, got home started to eat only to notice I had no bacon and it was extremely pink in the middle. I called the manager said she'd remake it if I come back, so I did. got halfway home and decided to check the bag but to my dismay there was NO BACON AGAIN AND NO CHEESE . I went back, the manager said she'd remake I asked her if they even had bacon another person answered yes but I'm wondering why after 3 trips there I couldnt manage to get one strip of bacon on any of the sandwiches I was given. at this point my other food was cold and I wasn't even hungry any more. I was so hungry in the beginning the run around ruined my appetite. The boy with the green hair acted like he didnt even want help me with the ordered I had already paid them for. It was about 5-10 mins after 10 so I was directed to stand out in the cold while he went and talked to his manager who told him to tell me to come through the drive thru. Read moreToday, Top of the morning, I had a terrible experience those girls that work ON the morning Shift for breakfast are ridiculously ridiculous.... there were 3...1 employee and 2 managers, I'm speaking of 1 manager..with just a word of advice, you don't talk about your customers in front of them for 1.... 2. Don't catch no attitude with the customer, especially if they asking a question for guidance... 3. Customer service goes a long way....1 of the managers states there is no money in draw for dine in customers. after standing there for almost 15 mins (not that specific Mgr fault) ok fine... so u tell us use kiosk if we have card. if your employees i quote dont know whats going on then they need not to give directions and have us standing there assuming we getting served (cash customers). all im saying is.....communication is key... you all are customers in other settings in yall life. treat ppl the way u want to be treated.....all black ppl already have a bad name...

Read moreI stopped by to get some breakfast. The store was going through renovation. The floors where wet in the kitchen area, I had another order before Mines. There was Noone on the floor other than the man fixing something in the cooking area. I patiently waited 15 mins. Finally someone came up to me asking me "what was I waiting for?" I stated I was waiting for my food I ordered 15 mins ago. She scrambled around trying to figure out what happened. She finally came back to me. At this point I asked for a refund so that I could go to McDonald's. She was having difficulty processing a refund. She took away from me the receipt I had and didn't even bother to inform me that a refund was issued. At that point I left hoping a refund was issued. Needless to say I wasted 20 minutes of my day, had no food, I'm not even sure a refund was issued. Do yourself a favor an avoid this place.
