Update #3: RUDE employees from the start, so there was the first RED FLAG of the day, secondly, they messed up my order SO BAD I ordered 3 meals and they gave me 3 fries and 1 sandwich. PLUS they were out of the majority of sodas so I was PISSED! but final strike number 3 was when I went back to the drive thru to explain what happened, The rude girl just scoffed it off and said second window in the middle of my sentence. I went to explain what happened and both her and some other dumbfounded boy was asking the same question and I gave them the same answer. After a while the manager who was had NO thoughts in his head gave me the sandwich I was missing. Honestly out of all the visits I been there, I will drove further out to a BETTER Wendy's that doesn't mess up so badly, amd doesn't have rude people. All I'm trying to do is get my lunch for my family and thats it. so simple but those people who worked there were just so off and im now wondering if they put anything in my burger. Honestly, screw that Wendy's in particular.
Update #2: Sooo it took sooooo long for them to make something that was in a SMALL bag! I waited over 10 minutes for all of that and the cashier was flirty with the one who had the small bag/ also had payment issues too. then when it came to me it was super quick and everything was COLD!!! I don't get pissed off easily but DAMN!!! THAT SUCKED!!!
Update: it's gotten a little better but the service is lacking and the food is a bit warmer, but could be better.
Been there several times and they somehow always get my order wrong (like really bad) and the food is cold. The line is always long no matter what time I arrive. The service is just plain lazy. I just might drive to another Wendy's that can properly make...

Firstly, the accuracy of my orders was consistently compromised. On multiple occasions, I received incorrect items, which is frustrating and undermines the trust I place in Wendy's as a reliable fast-food establishment. This discrepancy between what I ordered and what I received seriously impacted my dining experience.
Moreover, the long wait times at the drive-thru were quite discouraging. It seemed as though the lines were consistently congested, resulting in significant delays. To exacerbate matters, I was informed by the staff that they were not taking any orders at certain instances. This left me bewildered and frustrated, as it appeared that the drive-thru was ill-equipped to handle the influx of customers efficiently.
Lastly, during one of my visits, I encountered a situation where the staff informed me that they did not have certain items available. This lack of inventory not only prevented me from placing an order but also raised concerns about the restaurant's ability to adequately stock its supplies.
Considering these persistent issues, I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction and caution potential customers. I believe that Wendy's needs to address these problems promptly to regain customer trust and ensure a more positive dining experience for all. Read moreThe staff that were working tonight at 9:30 on 04/11/2024 did not seem to really care too much about the customer “service” part of their jobs. The guy that took our order had very short/abrupt answers and continuously said “huh, I can’t hear you”. We tried to order a few things that they were apparently out of and each time he would say “we don’t have that” without giving us any alternatives or listing what exactly they currently had/ didn’t have. Once we got to the second window to pick up our food we order a diet dr. Pepper the guy was super nice but when we asked if it was actually diet he stumbled across his words and awkwardly said yes. I took a few sips and it very clearly wasn’t diet. I was not going to be a jerk and ask him for a new one because diet is just a preference. But that could be a huge deal for someone who is diabetic. Lastly, I had asked for sweet and sour for my TEN piece nugget and did not get the sauce so we asked for sweet and sour..we were handed ONE. This is not my first unfortunate encounter at this location but this has definitely been the most frustrating experience thus far. I totally get that these are all small world problems and at the end of the day my meal was correct for the most part. My biggest issue is the lack of professionalism that I encountered tonight.
