Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oconomowoc

Ordered 2 med. Pan pizzas, the crust was flat, and on one pizza half the slices had maybe an inch or less of cheese, and the other pizza had 3 out of 8 slices the same way. So, on those pieces you saw mostly sauce and bread! Talked to a person named "Karmen" (mngr), she said she did everything right, too bad and hung up on me. When I went back to show her she told me the same thing and accused me of thinking she singled me out after I had pointed out two other orders were made right and had cheese (visible) on all slices. She refused to remake the pizzas and walked away. Then another employee (Dennis) who claimed ("I am everything here") when I asked if he was a mngr or an employee, told me if I don't like the food the way it is, I can come back tomorrow and talk to Mike or Marnie...and when I said I shouldn't have to make a fourth trip, he said if you don't like how we make the food you don't have to order from us, you can go somewhere else. He also said since he doesn't get paid enough to deal with this, he was done talking and walked away.

I have ordered here before, the only other time I had this issue, was the last time this same mangr was working, at least that time she remade my order (which was over 6 months ago).

For how expensive Pizza Hut is, I expect to get quality food! Domino's and Papa Murphy's both have ( by far) superior quality and charge less than Pizza Hut... by the way, they also have nicer & more professional acting employees!!!

It's a shame to have to hear that I should order elsewhere, when I paid more to order...

I have been going to this Pizza Hut for over 11 years as I work right next door and can walk to get a salad to go. I have to say I only go for the salad because it is close. The toppings are never really to fresh and more times than not the lettuce is brown and somewhat gross. The new manager, whatever his name is has ZERO personality and is a jerk if I may be honest. All these years I was told it was ok to take a couple bread sticks off of the buffet to have with my salad that I get to go... usually take two, they are about two inches long so I know it's not breaking Pizza Hut to allow me to take them. Well, this new guy, let's just call him Richard because I don't know his name, jumps on my friends and I when we go in there to get salads to go and is all NO TAKING bread sticks with the salads....hey if it's that big of a deal, we will go elsewhere, just his attitude is enough to not go anymore. For real, get some people to work there that have some people skills and have the means to be kind.....done going...

Where should I begin? I'm a domino's customer but since I was on Summit, I stopped in to the hut. Simple carryout order of pan pizza and bread sticks and given no receipt (that should have been my clue right there). Waited in the lobby for my order. Guy hands me the pizza and no bread sticks...says he forgot to make them but claimed he didn't charge me for them - $17.34 for a pan pizza with one topping?. Came home, called the restaurant because the pan pizza was $10 on special and the bread sticks were $5.99 and I wanted a credit or refund. The first time I called, was on hold waiting for the mgr before being hung up on after 10 mins. Second time I called, they couldn't find my order in the system. Third time I called, the delivery guy answers and said he couldn't help me and to call the store mgr in the morning. Forget that, I'll never be back. Domino's from now on. How does this place stay...
