10 Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Odessa

I’ve been to this bar before, but this was my first time trying the food. My boyfriend ordered the Fried Cheese Logs for $8.99. They’re gigantic cheese sticks. The breading they decided to use is different then your normal mozzarella cheese stick. But nonetheless the less, it was a good cheese stick, and I would recommend them, but after you read the rest of my review you probably won’t want to.

I ordered the Full Monte Sandwich for $11.99. It comes with turkey, ham, bacon, chipotle jam, and cream cheese. It also comes with a side of chips, but I substituted them for fries instead. The sandwich was very good. It taste like something you’d have for breakfast. Now the reason I’m giving this a low star rating is because I found a long white hair inside the second half of my sandwich. I have long black hair, and that day I had it pulled back into a bun with hair spray. I was with my boyfriend who has short black hair, and our roomate who has long black hair. Our waitress also had long black hair but pulled back with a clip. Which leads me to determine the long white hair I found in my sandwich was from the whoever prepared my food in their kitchen. I was truly disgusted. But because I also do not like to cause a scene, I decided to just stop eating my food. I did not want to notify my waitress about this because what are they even gonna do about it? Charge me half because I only ate half my meal? Give me my meal free because of the hair? Fire their cook? No, no, and no. Whoever prepares their food should have common knowledge and decency to know that if you’re handling food you wear your hair pinned back with a hair net and gloves at all times. And if you have a beard, you have to also wear a face hair net. I will not be ordering food any longer from this establishment. They’re obviously very careless with how they handle food. If you choose to order food from here, BEWARE. And honestly I’ll probably never drink here...

My husband and I went there to watch the Dallas playoff game on 01/05/19. Our waitress would walk quickly past our table without asking if we need anything. If we did need something, we would have to stop her as she quickly walked by until she saw another waitress help us. But her attention to us was short lived, she again would quickly walk by ignoring us. Very disappointing!

But let's talk the "DJ"! What a disaster... He was a cowboy hater and let everyone in the bar know. He would talk on the microphone, dissing Dallas and commenting negatively about every play. There were several times the TV went off or the sound went off. He says that didn't happen because of him, but it didn't happen until he picked up the microphone. I thought the job of the "DJ" was to pump the crowd up not piss the crowd off. There were so many customers there that were annoyed with the "DJ" but I guess that's what he wanted so he could get his attention. Very annoying experience... The management should correct this behavior immediately, because the "DJ" was not professional in any way especially, when we saw HIM arguing with a FEMALE right beside us. What kind of man has a verbal altercation with a lady because she expressed how annoyed she was with his uninvited and annoying commentary. Way to go man.......

Thank you the waitress and especially the "DJ". WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING to the 10 Sports Bar & Grill to watch anymore playoff games or any game for that matter. Great job...

I'm from San Antonio, heavy club and bar scene. This place is a typical hole in the wall you would expect from a small town. The bartender shorted me on some change after ordering drinks. This doesn't bother me much, however, the principle is there. I asked for a bloody mary and he poured such a small amount of vodka I had to ask him to pour more. The waitress running around only caters to regulars, so it seems. My buddy and I (both truckers), came in and ordered our own beers. She would come by and take our empty mugs, but not ask us if we needed more. As the night progressed, she never once asked us if we needed more drinks or even asked us if we were ok. I don't know her name, for obvious reasons, but you will know IF you come here. I had a 100 dollar bill on the table to test her service skills, and nothing. She obviously doesn't observe her surroundings, and, doesn't want to get tipped. Its a Friday night currently 12:10 a.m. as I write this. Its DEAD. I will not come back to this hole. The best service I got from this place was...
