Cinnaholic — Restaurant in Odessa

I’ve been eating at cinnaholic since it opened and have never had a problem today I noticed a different face at the register who was extremely rude. She never said hi how are you or anything through the whole transaction she never opened her mouth once I had to assume she was ready to take my order. After she finished my order I paid and she never gave me the chance to tip or put in my phone number to get my rewards points. She printed the ticket and walked away. Still never spoke a word. I get my cinnamon roll from the nice blonde girl that’s always there and I leave and notice it’s the wrong thing so I go back in and say hey its messed up and she takes my cinnamon roll sets it down and walks away. No sorry or anything. Then once it was fixed the nice blonde girly came and apologized and gave me my cinnamon roll. The cashier was very rude and if you can’t even open your mouth to say hello how are you then u shouldn’t be working at a place like that not only that but never spoke nor apologized for her mistake. Probably will be a while before...

Came to have a desert with my family here but as we entered the building, the 2 employees looked at each other annoyed.i guess they didn’t want to work? I was confused.? We asked them “Are you guys open? Are ya closing or something” they said no. Chairs were put up so we couldn’t dine in like we wanted to.. We still ordered because we like to support local businesses and we like Cinnabons ! We are new to this place so we didn’t know how or what to order. The lady up front did not help and looked upset. Every time we asked for an item or what came with it , the lady was just “ yeah, if you want “we don’t have it .” . We ended up just ordering what ever because the vibe was horrible. It sad that most places in this area go out of business NOT because of the restaurant but because of the employees… I don’t recommend...

Stopped by at exactly 9pm customers still inside the door was literally locked in our face the employees kept going back on forth on letting us in or not very rudely the young lady asked how many are yall ordering we said we don’t know it’s our first time she replied ok you will be our last customers with a horrible attitude and just giving us a very annoyed look along with every employee standing just staring at us. She said come in, we then said it’s ok and refused as everyone’s reaction was negative. We didn’t know what time it closed and saw the open sign on and people inside we understand last minute customers aren’t ideal but at least a more positive/ professional attitude towards the situation would’ve have us go back another day. Definitely a bad experience for our kids as they were standing right in...
