Smoothie King — Restaurant in Odessa

I ordered my smoothie over the phone 30 min prior to me picking it up, when I got there it still was not ready which I'm ok with it I waited an extra 15 min but the young lady who took my payment was very rude and did not tell me that my order was not ready. I ordered the vanilla hulk and add peanut butter. The first drink she made was fruity like they did not rinse the blender out, I asked for another and it only taste like blended ice and bananas with nut chunks in it. I did not like that one either so I sent my friend inside to ask for a refund and the young lady threw my refund in change back at her. I had a long day at work myself and I always go to this smoothie King with no problems but that staff inside tonight made me reconsider going back to this location or ordering for my coworkers. I took a photo of the store with her in it because I asked for her name to give to management due to her attitude and she said she didn't throw the money and did not give her name. I can never order anything online or in store because y'all keep charging me more than once and it's happening on y'all's end. It would be nice if y'all weren't always on vacation for y'all to just give me my money back but I'm not gonna sit around waiting for y'all to do a refund. Your teenage managers don't really know what their doing maybe if the owner would actually show up and help them and maybe pay someone decent money to do a job she can never be there for maybe this place would run a little smoother. Love this place, but can't trust the people who run it. Whether it was $10 or more the matter of me getting my money back is about principle. Went inside and had to make the workers which were two young ladies speak. I ask was everything ok and they said that they were tired. I’m sure this is not how smoothie king runs their business and with me working in a fast food business their customers experience was shitty. I almost walked out because of the experience and the refusal of to even speak back especially with me and the two of them being the “ONLY” ones inside the store.
