Texas Burger — Restaurant in Odessa

They have the worse customer service I’ve ever seen!! When my order was ready I asked them where the shake was he pointed to the girl who does the ice cream she gave me a dirty look when I asked her for it so i explained what a strawberry shake was thinking she had no clue what it was or didn’t know English she rolled her eyes and signed then pointed at the shake sitting on the counter so I said oh I’m sorry I’m working with favor I thought you would of called it out to me since it was sitting there I had no idea it was ready already then when I got the shake the lid was off and the shake was spilling from all sides of the sup!!! It’s not mine like I said I’m doing favor so I went back there to complain and I noticed there was also a hole in the cup so I told them to remake the whole thing because it spilled all in my hand and they seemed wayyy annoyed at me when u would think they would of noticed if it’s been sitting...

Great Burger joint! We were here for the very first time, just trying out new places. The place was clean, the service was great and they have friendly employees. We ordered the large chili cheese fries, and they were amazing. The burgers were delicious as well, not messy at all and very tasty. They taste alot like a Mexican burger minus the egg😋 super yummy. We also ordered a small chocolate shake, and the guy serving the ice creams at the ice cream bar gave me a large one. A huge plus and shoutout to him! Loved it!!! My hubby ordered a 1 scoop butter pecan ice cream and was given like 3 scoops 🙌🏼 We are not from the area. We are visiting the town for work and will definitely be coming back!...

Passing through town and thought we'd try something new. Never heard of Texas burger before. Cashier was not knowledgeable of the menu and was no help with any of our questions. Food looked great... here's the but, But the patties are thin and very dry. Kind of taste like it was microwaved. Had to cover it in ketchup to eat it. Fries and Tater tots was good, nothing special. At the conclusion of our meal we were solicited by someone selling baked goods for charity. Can't believe they would allow solicitation to there customers. Next time through may just stick to the same old food we have all over the world. Was gonna give 2 stars but gave one after being solicited with food...
