Dear God don't do it. Go somewhere else. Save yourself. Went in and waited 20 minutes to order, ice machine not working, soda was terrible tasting, no tea, no napkins, the floor, counters and tables were disgusting. When we got our food I asked to speak to the manager; the man behind the table got attitude with me, and walked away, and I once more requested the manager, and he asked where I was from: I replied, it's absolutely none of your business, and it doesn't matter where I'm from! I'll be waiting over there when she has time to visit with me. The manager apologized, said two people had called in, and it had been like this since 5:30 am. Lies! They were almost out of roast beef. Are you serious? How do you not order enough roast beef. Sounds like a failure on your part. If you don't want to run the business or put in effort shut the doors and save...
Read moreCan you come to McCook and show them how it's done, please? Your store is up-to-date, clean and your staff is on-point! I went last night on my way home and Mitchell waited on me. I was exhausted and I'm sure it showed, but he was helpful and strived to make sure I got what I wanted. I had mentioned I had food allergies while trying to figure out what I wanted, so he was more than helpful in assisting me with my order. He even subtracted the mayo from my roasted chicken sammy on his screen before I even asked! After completing my order, he went back to the kitchen and told them I had a food allergy. He was so friendly and helpful. Please come down and show McCook how an Arby's really functions... and looks. Five stars for your store and five stars for Mitchell. (I hope I got his name...

Besides the good quality food, Stephan is the reason. He is the most personable, positive individual we‘ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant! He greet us with enthusiasm, repeats our order, checks to see if there is anything we would like to reconsider and gives us our total. When we pull up to the window he says welcome back folks! I’ve heard him greet cars before us with the same enthusiasm and professionalism! I told him today he’s the reason we stop. His humble response was “I just try to treat people with respect and the way we would all like to...
