Initially ordered the Barbacoa burrito and I was told they didn’t have that prepped. I said well what about the chicken burrito? The waitress said well we can try and make it. I can try and get them to season the chicken so I said well let me get the fish and chips which in my thinking hand from looking at the picture is beer battered fish like it is anywhere else you go in the world when she brought the plate out it looked like the fried white fish fillet, which is not beer battered she said that’s the only fish that they have. I said well why would you have it on the menu if you don’t have the beer, battered fish and chips the waitress was rude and then I in return was also rude. I asked to cook why they didn’t cross it off the menu if they didn’t have it he had no answer. I said this is like ordering a hamburger and getting a chicken sandwich is not what the picture shows. I’ll never go to this place again. I’ll let everyone else be the judge. Does the picture on the left look beer, battered or not and the picture on the right is what I received.

Coming from Colorado, and had to get some dinner. Today was Wednesday and ordered the goulash. I usually have to stop in this location now in my travels. It came with bread. I ordered the steamed broccoli. The food was bland, no real flavor. Plenty of meat as you can see, but for my money, I expect more flavor, or effort on making it good. I guess I was hoping that the place had something remarkable, must admit, it wasnt. Steamed broccoli was over cooked and the serving seemed small, bread was flavorless, with barely any garlic. I ordered take out as usual. But I won't be back. Recommend you try a different location for food. Margarita's was good, read my review as well as Valentino's. Both were worth the money and are just on the other side of the interstate. The only reason I gave 2 stars, the service was decent. They were friendly and fast. Oh, if you decide eat her anyway, and take out food here you have to go in the next room to get your fork. Just saying.

First thing, above all, Steve is freaking amazing! My family spent the last 10 days driving from Utah to Maryland and back. On our way out, we came here for breakfast service at open on a Saturday. It was clean and delicious and well worth the cost. Fast service for fresh made food. Steve took care of us and set the best possible mood for the beginning of our adventure. My 8 year old made a "name friend" he loved that they shared a name, and Steve entertained his sillyness. Made us all feel like family. So much so, that the entire time we were on our trip my son made sure to remind us we needed to stop by on our way home, so we did. We had a different server, Heather. She was so kind and very pleasant. Great service! Steve still made a point to say hello and ask how we were doing. Service was still amazing at nearly lunch time on a Monday. Food just as great! After these experiances, we will forever stop here on our journeys. Thank You Steve!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Sunday morning we decided to take my Mom and Step Dad out for breakfast, Carolines was full so we went to Country Pride. My husband and I got there first and got a table for us a little before 10am. We waited a little bit and the waitress came and brought us a couple menus and took our drink order. We told her there would be 3 more people joining us and she said ok. She brought us our coffee, and went back to what she was doing. A few minutes later my parents and daughter came in. They sat down and waited for over 15 minutes for someone to come get their drink orders, and bring them a menu, we tried waving someone over but wasn't seen as we were in the corner. So my step dad went up to the register and tried to get their attention, his attempt failed so he just grabbed a couple menus and came back. We waited a while longer, about 10:45 another waitress came by and asked if we were waiting for food. We told her we have been waiting to order and 3 people needed drinks. She said they were busy and short staffed, then got an attitude with us when we told her we had been trying to wave someone over. She then started to yell and cry telling us she's only 15 and waiting tables and cooking and trying to do everything, and it was our fault no one had taken our order because they didn't know we were waiting to order. Maybe if we would have waved someone over or tried to get their attention, she said. After she started yelling and crying, she took our menus away, so I walked over to the Fuel Station side to find out how to get a hold of a manager or something. The attendant there was very nice and went and got her manager to help us. Brian, came and went over to help sort out the situation, then the waitress came back to our table again with a very bad attitude so we asked if the other waitress we started with could take our order, and was told she was off the floor now and she was the only one working as there are only 3 people working in the whole cafe. Then a man came out from the kitchen, claimed he was the GM and said they were very busy. There was a table of 2 next to use, a 1 top, 5 top and couple singles by the wall. There were others asking where their food was and if they were ever going to get their orders or service. We finally decided to leave. Service was terrible, waitresses shouldn't yell and cry at their customers. We drove to Big Springs and had a great meal, with AMAZING service. Country Pride needs to look into staffing problems, or figure out what caused their Good Staff to quit and trying to...

I would like to give a big shout out to Cassie and Valisca for the exquisite service and delicious food. My mother and I had a wonderful time and we appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the speedy service. It has been a month since my last visit and my previous review, I believe that there has been some improvements made to this establishment and their customer service policies. I commend the management for their hard work and devotion to their staff and customers.

I am a local and I have been coming to this restaurant for years. However, today I walked in and one of the veteran servers treated me horribly; literally smacked down a menu in front of me, no greeting, and was blatantly ignoring two other customers who had yet to even get their drinks. This server has a reputation of being very sour and ill tempered. I have never been treated this way at this establishment and I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service and respect. I understand that hiring is difficult right now and that we all have our bad days but this behavior is unacceptable in the restaurant industry. I hope that this will be taken constructively and that it will be addressed appropriately. Until then, I will not be returning to this...

Let's just say if I could leave negative stars I would. My experience was awful all the way around. The service was awful but not because of anything our server did but because she was the only server (she was lovely, polite, and was definitely trying her best) the wait time was horrible, for some reason our order "pushed back" by the manager and other that came in after us were served first. Every staff member from the kitchen seemed upset, they would pop out and say things like "I'm about to walk out" they were out of so many food items, French fries, biscuit, ranch dressing ect.. My daughter ordered buffalo Mac n cheese and they didn't have "enough" Mac n cheese to make the dish, so my daughter was upset and didn't eat. While all this was happening the manager left, and after an almost 3hr dinning experience there was no one to ask why our meals were pushed or for compensation for all of the mishaps. I Do Not blame the staff, you could clearly see they were doing their best on a sinking ship. I was also so thankful that 2 wonderful people jump up from their table to help the one struggling young lady (who was in tears). I would have myself but I had my...
