Literally the worst website to navigate, then calling to the restaurant you find is equally as hard! Just wanted a 2 topping pizza and cheese bread and use my coupon that came in the mail, Sounds simple enough...... nope! You add your desired items try to check out exactly as the coupon says, literally it wonāt let you! Modify, modify, modify! Canāt get the order to go through for 20 minutes. Decided to call the restaurant and I ask if I can order through them and use my coupon. I explain what is going on with their website. The person on the phone asks a manager if I can do that, manager says I must order on website. I explain again- their site will not let me. I ask how to proceed, the person on the phone explains heās only been working for a week and doesnāt know what to do, but I can call back in 10-15 min. I really wish I had a better experience. I had a couple of issues. I placed on order in their app for a pick up at 7:24. The order was placed around 4:00 pm. We wife picked up the pizza about 7:30. When I opened it at home I found the toppings to be inaccurate. When I called the store to let them know, I noticed on the receipt it shows order placed at 4:10 for pick up at 7:24. It also shows the food was cooked at 6:25.
I understand the toppings being a mistake, but putting our food in the warmer an hour before our pick up time? Thatās unacceptable to me.
The store did tell me they would load my account with point to make up for it. Iām not exactly sure how that works, so hopefully they resolve the issue, and I can update this review. They didnāt even offer to make a new...
