Arby's — Restaurant in Ohio

I ordered online and it was ready by the time I got there (3 minutes) which is the only reason I’m giving them any stars at all. The sandwich and turnover were good but the fries were very obviously old. They were cold and hard. Not the biggest deal because I can warm them up, even though I shouldn’t have to. What bothered me is I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me. All I wanted was a couple packets of sauce to go. Multiple employees looked at me and just walked right past me. After a few minutes I said “excuse me” to an employee that was literally right in front of the counter and she proceeded to pretend like she didn’t hear me and walk away. If i could rate negative stars, I would...every part of our order had to be fixed, the front counter employee was very rude and untrained for this position, but he must have been trained by the manager that came over with a bad attitude to me and my family for saying the order was wrong and that we were overcharged for our meal. Ordered meals and sandwich, drink, and fries were entered separately to cost us more. Was tire of explaining to them that they were wrong and make stuff wrong, that my sandwich sits on the table where I will leave it when I go, with the wrong meat. The Arby's in Poland is JUST NASTY! I went into the Bathroom around 11:50am on Saturday October 5th 2024 an a Arby's worker was in the bathroom stall next to me an she left the bathroom without washing her hands an went behind the counter an when I came out of the bathroom after washing my hands an told them the blower for hand drying wasn't working the worker said she didn't kno it wasn't working.....she is a female so that meant she hasn't washed her hands in the bathroom either! No signs are up stating employees MUST WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE RETURNING TO WORK! JUST NASTY! I DIDNT EAT...
