Bob Evans — Restaurant in Ohio

Not worth going. There were only 2 tables seated in the entire restaurant but the service was still abysmal. We waited no less than 30 minutes for our food after ordering and only got refills if we asked for them and the empty glasses were never taken from the table so by the time we left we had 4 empty glasses. When our did come it was wrong and not edible. The fish was greasy and overseasoned, the texture was appealing. I had ordered a chick sandwich that comes with fries and honey mustard and an additional side of a CUP of potato soup but was given a chicken sandwich with no fries or honey mustard and a BOWL of soup. Waiter never came back to check and see how everything was or make sure everything was right until we were ready to go, we told him that the fish wasn't edible and he offered to take it off the bill and that he would be right back with his manager. As we were waiting for the manager the older man at the only other table in the resturant had to get up and go to the front to ask if he could order because his waitress never came back after brining his drink. We eventually had to go to the check out counter to get our bill because the waiter never came back and neither did the manager. Not really sure who the manager is because the one yelling at the rest of the staff to "use the bathroom now before I clean it and go home" who supposedly took the fish off of our bill didn't even know which ticket was ours. I placed my usually once a week carry out order but again had bad service trying to pick up 0rder. Nobody was around where you checkout for at least 5 minutes and then one girl came in from the front door to check me out. After she received my money though she said just a minute while I checkout the other people. My order was sitting right behind her ever since I walked in the front door and would’ve only took 30 seconds to place in bag and hand it to me. But I had to wait for her to take money from 3 other people first. When I finally got my order the never went over what it was like the use to always do. So, I left 15 minutes after walking in the door. If they would’ve taken my money already I would’ve left. My husband started driving us down the road while I was getting our food out for us to eat, when I noticed that they didn’t give me any dressing for my salad so back we came and I again had to wait behind two people again. By the time I got back in car and started eating my Cobb salad the chicken was cold and for some reason it had pieces of cucumbers all through it, which I don’t like. Even picking them off the whole salad tasted like cucumbers. I think I’m going to stop going there for awhile until they hire some different people who can manage their time better and take care of one customer at a time fully before...

It seems like anytime we come in the evening it's always a bad experience.. On this occasion we was seated by a lady she said she would go get our server and she would be back to get our drinks, a couple minutes later the same lady returned to take our drink order. We had 2 adults and 3 children she proceeded to bring our drinks back 2 at a time. She was also the one who took our food order. Fast forward to bringing out our food it was a totally different girl and she brought one plate out at a time. Mind you they was not busy at all it was us and 1 other table there. I had to ask 3 times to get some mayonnaise packets and chocolate for my daughter's pancakes. My son had asked for no onions on his sandwich, well there was onion on it. I ordered the wildfire salad and ordered 2 chicken strips on the side with extra dressing. They brought out my salad out and I had to ask for the extra dressing and I asked for the 2 chicken strips, the girl was like oh we put them on the salad for you; I was like I didn't want them on the salad and specifically asked for them to be on the side. At this point I had asked for our banana bread 3 different times so I asked again and they finally brought it out to us. They did atleast remake my sons sandwich but this seems to be an issue everytime we come in...
