I don't know what was going on tonight but I am a very unhappy customer. My daughter, who just had surgery yesterday, asked me to go to Burger King to get her a Blue Frozen drink and a cheeseburger, and i went ahead and ordered myself an Iced coffee while I was at it. When I pulled in a car was pulling away from the second lane and the car in the first lane was getting their order taken, so I proceeded to pull into the second lane. I should have been next. After the car in the first lane pulled away, someone came on the speaker and asked me to hold on a second, I waited patiently. Then a car pulled into the first lane and their order was taken. I thought "Ok, kinda messed up, but I'll definitely be next." At that time a second car pulled into the first lane and I could hear their order being taken and at that point I'm upset, definitely more than irritated. So I back up, get into the first lane, and have my order taken. So at this point there are a total of 4 cars in front of me, all waiting way too long to get their orders. A car gets in behind me in the first lane but they can't order because I can't pull far enough ahead, since only one window is open and 4 cars are still waiting ahead of me. Then a truck pulls into the second lane and wouldn't you know it! His order is immediately taken. I'm thinking "You got to be kidding me! Whatever!" So it's another at least 5 or 6 minutes before the first car even pulls away. Another 10 minutes for the second car. The truck behind me, who got their order taken when I was obviously forgotten about on that same lane, got ticked and pulled away After AT LEAST 20 minutes (I'm persistent because my baby girl wants a blue frozen drink and it's miserable from surgery), I finally get up to the window. The cashier acts all cheery, like everything is hunky dory, takes my money, hands me my order, and says have a good night. No explanation, no apology for being slower than the sinking of the Titanic, and I didn't say one word. I kept my mouth shut because I did not want to be nice, and I, while infuriated was able to control myself. But to top it all off, the large Blue raspberry frozen drink I ordered for my ailing girl, wasn't even full! I would say they have domed lids for a reason, to fill above the lip of the cup, but this was worse than that! The cup wasn't even filled, being at least an inch below the lip of the cup. Burger King is my choice of fast food Burger joints, but the one here in my town needs to get it together! Seriously, it's a Wednesday night. They're never busy on a weekday. Read moreOrdered a number one no cheese no pickle with extra onions dropped fresh with hot fries pulled over waited on it I got no cheese no pickle as ordered but was drenched mayonnaise and ketchup enough for 3 sandwiches called them went back through the drive-through rather than them remaking my order they gave me fries that were already sitting up there and onions in a Box the worst I've had and then not to mention I asked for salt pepper with extra napkins in my bag when they brought it out there was no salt or pepper. Called and the manager did offer to replace it but didn't wanna go back thru for the 3rd time so he put me down for a credit. Needless to say my dog and birds got the food. Worked for BK for 7.5yrs and I'd never replace nor serve an order as this. I understand thing's happen but for the MANAGER to handle this as he did it was awful. Read moreJust like all bk restaurants the fries were below par. I had to wait 3 minutes for fresh chicken and still got cold or old fries. The thought when you go to a place and have to wait is everything will be hot... not the case here or at many that I visit. They need to either put a hold time in place or enforce the one already there. The company as a whole isnt worth much when it comes to hot food... weird seeing they are franchised... maybe corporate should send down some people to whip all ohio locations into shape..I mean who would want cold fries and hot chicken.. no one.. man might just have to skip the bk and go to another brand....
