Debra's Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

If no stars was an option, thats what I would have given. I am currently self quarantine and I called this place last night, after giving my number and name they recited my address due to the fact that it was already in the system. I ordered food and paid for it with a card. After all that I was told they don't deliver to my address(in heath) and they voided the order. I asked to speak to the manager in which the owner got on the phone and informed me that she didn't know how to refund me my money and she would NOT deliver me the food. I informed her how close my place was in viscinity and that im off work and this was all the money I had so I need the money or the food. She again replied "your address is too far and i don't know when your money will be back to you, this is a new card company im using and I don't understand it ,sorry." I feel as an OWNER of a small business, in the middle of a pandemic, when people are already doing YOU a service by patronizing your business when funds are low...when YOUR business makes a mistake, YOU should make it right with the customer. I wasn't even asking for free food , I wanted the food I paid for!! Which I still haven't recieved a refund and of course never got the food. I guess these are the times where true values and culture is shown. I won't be spending money here ever again...

Debra’s Pizza is one of my favorite places to eat! Their pizza is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor, and I also love their taco salad and pasta salad — both are delicious and super affordable. The portions are generous, the prices are great, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

The small pepperoni pizza at Debra’s Pizza was perfect — the crust was golden and slightly crisp on the outside but soft inside. The pepperoni had just the right amount of spice and a nice crispy edge, and the cheese was melted perfectly, stretching with every bite. You could taste how fresh the sauce was — rich, tangy, and not too greasy. It was the kind of pizza that...

The guy who took our order seemed like he was bored and didn't want to be there and when asked questions he seemed like it was a burden on him to have to give some answer that others should know like he did and when explained to him that we had never been there so we didn't know he did everything but roll his eyes at the statement. I almost canceled my order and left but I was with my fiance and we still hadn't even tried the food yet so I stuck in there and ordered what I came for and was relieved to see what I took to be Debra herself walk the food to our table we chose and was very personable and lively and kind which I feel kinda made up for the guy who took our order when we first arrived. If that wasn't Debra then my apologies Miss but thank you for your hospitality...
