Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

I have been ordering often for a quick meal or go to movie night always hot fresh perfect but past few times horrible... 3 times ago cheese on pizza and chicken bacon sandwich was ACTUALLY BLACK I called the manager women freshly remade said she ahd just gotten in the order was very fash fresh perfect ordered again my parm bites soaked threw the box with butter and pizza wrong toppings over cooked I called complained they gave me a credit as I already ordered somewhere else because they took forever to answer When I called back to use my credit I had to overly argue and show proof that I had a credit before they would fix it and wasn't in the amount for my order whatever no problem got order nothing wrong good Togo got .y oder yesterday and me and my have been sick since eatting I was sick so thought the smell was just me nope confirmed by mu husband that it smelled spoiled and not good had a pungent spoiled odor me and my daughter got sick right after and have been down for 24 hrs when I called to speak to manager same manager and he said since I didn't call right after nothing they can do even though I have the whole full order menace a few parm bites and 3 pieces of pizza from one box im disappointed and want a refund the manager is rude and argumentative if I have the food still but was unwell enough bc of the product then im sorry I didn't rush to call as I have a family to tend to I called today asked when owner would be there and said they cannot give our the info gave my info still hasn't heard back its now 4 pm Tuesday .... won't bo ordering...

I ordered a pizza by phone today, a 14" thin crust, pep, mush, onion & banana pepper. 1 salad. The order came to like $30.00. I told the employee taking the order that there was an add for make your own pizza for $9.99. He stated that was for on-line orders. I said forget this order. After discussing this with my husband, we decided to try setting up an account to order on-line to get a better price. Got the pizza and salad ordered, when I went to pick it up the order came to 21.99. I'm like woah! You told me $9.99 if I ordered on-line. They said I needed a coupon now. They were very rude to me and would not help me make this right. I shoved the pizza back across the counter and told them to keep it. They were two old guys that probably didn't put enough money into their retirement account and now have to work at a pizza shop to make ends meet. They were very very rude!! No more Dominoes for us. Domino's is one of the best places these days to eat for an affordable price as long as you can do the online because if you order there you're going to pay twice as much the one in Newark is all right but the one in Heath is top notch they work with you on anything you want they won't charge you for every little thing you add they're really good and they make their food to order and perfectly the Heath Ohio Domino's on 79 I give two thumbs up all the way excellent for the Newark Ohio I give one thumbs up maybe four stars minus the star for customer service is not very good they can be a little rude and they're not very accommodating little skimpy on top means too but other than that they're all right but if you're going to if you have a choice go to the one Heath...
