Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

I order here on a fairly regular basis. Most of the time everything is what I would expect, but not this time. I placed an online order with the app for two pizzas. When I got there it took them a min to find my order. They did identify that one of the pizzas was made incorrectly and had it remain with me having to ask. Because of this it gave me confidence that the order would be correct. Once I got home I realized I was aptly mistaken. The person who cut these pizzas either does not care about their job and the quality of the product they are serving, or did this on purpose. The cut was so far off from being correct that it was laughable. One piece was so small it was barely 1x2 inches. Please see the attached pictures. If one one person was eating each pizza this would still be embarrassing, but this cut made it almost impossible for multiple people to eat “slices” (and I use that word lightly) evenly. Ordered tonight. Waited 45 minutes, nothing. Called the store my order was cancelled. Somehow app screwed the number up. We order here all the time, sometimes with app sometimes i call. When you call they know who you are. So instead of going the extra step and checking the address to see if there is another number they threw our order in the trash.(exactly what the girl on phone said.)Manager got on phone told me it wasn't their fault. Would not make it right. I was going to take the remake anyway, then she said "what did you have?". Really! Just not going to go the extra mile at all for the customer and check the computer. I said never mind cancel the order, and I told the MANAGER, she lost a customer...she was ok with that. Not a very helpful staff with customer support. Giovanis ...

I was really disappointed with last evenings order. Everything did come piping hot and the pepperoni pizza was good except for crust, it was hard. I also ordered mild buffalo chicken wings. In their menu pictures the chicken wings are smothered in sauce, mine has just a squirt of buffalo. Also chicken was more fatty meat then actual chicken meat. Soft & mushy. I also ordered an Italian sub sandwich & the cheese was completely melted off my sandwich & the meat was almost see-through...thin layer of pepperonis & a salami slice & thin pieces of ham the size of the pepperoni with thick hard bread...Yuck! Almost everything went into the trash. I normally leave positive reviews but this order was a disgrace to the Domino franchise! Do better...
