Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ohio

Before today (monday june 9th) this place would have gotten 5 stars across the board, however due to their childish and un professional conduct, we will never order from this dominos again. We ordered 2 medium barbeque chicken pizzas because we had a busy night and needed something easy and quick for dinner. We ordered from there sunday night and everything was perfect, so we decided we wanted it again. The pizzas (memphis barbeque chicken) had a comically small amount of barbeque sauce on them, such that it could barely be tasted. We called and complained, and they said that they would remake them. We made the drive back to the store to exchange ours for the new ones. When we arrived we gave them the pizzas and they told us that the pizzas we had originally received had the correct amount of barbeque sauce on them and that they had put extra on the new ones they made (they mentioned that they weigh their barbeque sauce for each pizza). We got home and opened the boxes anticipating a reminder of why we decided to order from dominos in the first place. The new pizzas had so much barbeque sauce on them that the bread slid right out from under the cheese and toppings. I assumed maybe it was that piece, but it was ALL OF THEM. They put so much barbeque sauce on them that they weren't even pizzas anymore, more of a sad attempt at making something akin to a barbeque chicken version of a french...

Soooooo, I placed an order online and was able to redeem free items because I order from there quite a bit… I decided to order BBQ chicken pizza and some cheddars bacon tots or whatever they’re called. I had my 9 year old son walk in to grab the order and he said they were in there swearing and cursing not acknowledging he was standing at the counter. He got in the car…… cool! Fast forward to us actually settling in, and I open the pizza…. It’s fine…. Opened up the tots….. BURNT! Now I usually don’t call and complain.. and I did get the items for free, but it’s not even edible. I’ve ordered this same item and didn’t have this issue. So I decided to call, had a nice tone and told whoever the guy was that they were burnt. He SIGHED deeply and in so many words said he can’t control the cheese falling to the side and burning. Like huh? Now idk the process for making the tots.. but it’s a no for me. He said they can remake them…. But can’t control how it cook and I can’t get back my points back…. I told him I’m not about to come back out just for some tots but if they could just take my name down and I can get a new order for them at a later time….. he basically said no…. I shouldn’t have to come out in the cold weather for some tos THEY burnt! Again, I’ve had them before….. never tf again will I order from...

It is true what they say, a good manager can save a bad experience. We have now used the new Dominos on Mahoning ave several times. Never any problems until Saturday night when a new employee nearly goofed up our order. My wife ordered 3 medium pizzas and a brownie dessert, but the elderly employee only brought 2 boxes up to the counter. I asked twice if there was more to my order since the bill was $22, but I was told "nope that was it" The female manager saw the issue and snagged the other boxes left behind and moved in to help the elderly employee. Assisted her with the credit card machine that was broken and made the employee and myself feel good about it all with a winning personality while praising my choices of their brownies. Super job of saving the visit and I'll be back for more great pizza and service. The bacon pizza is...
