Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ohio

This dunkin is the worst. The quality of the food and beverages here is much worse than the other locations, they always get my order wrong, and sometimes the service is just bad. I once ordered a bacon grilled cheese and they somehow forgot to put the bacon on it. I brought it back and they gave me attitude for it. Another time I was picking up an iced coffee for my wife and it was the wrong flavor. I went back and they tried charging me for another one. The most recent time I went, I ordered a 25 count munchkin assorted between glazed, chocolate glazed, and jelly filled. They informed me that they don’t carry jelly filled at that location for whatever reason. So I just ordered it with glazed and chocolate glazed. After paying, they give them to me all smushed up in a bag rather than the box they normally come in. Already upset about this, I try a few and they tasted terrible. I ended up checking out the Dunkin on Mahoning Ave, just a mile away, and got much better service in all areas. It’s a real shame that they put a Dunkin on this side of Austintown so it’s more convenient for the residents and this is the service we get from it. You might as well just not even put it there because I’m never going to this Dunkin again. I’m just driving the extra mile to go to the MUCH better Dunkin. Highly...

Worst Dunkin. Very long line in the drive up so I went inside. No customers. Waited almost 5 minutes before someone asked if I was waited on. A girl took my order which was 1 lg frozen coffee with pumpkin. Another man came in ordered a reg coffee. Then another who ordered about 10 sandwiches & drinks. The guy with the small coffee got his & left. Then they started working on the other. He received 4 drinks. Meanwhile, 5 employees working the drive up & 7, I counted, 7 cars received their orders. When I asked where mine was the guy said of they gave me yours by mistake. I asked for a new coffee because of others touching the cup. The girl said it was only us 2. Are you kidding?? Does covid ring a bell?? They reluctantly made another which was not good what so ever. I'll NEVER go back...
