This is one of the worst Dunkin' locations when it comes to staff and order and organization. This is located on Tuscarawas “Tusc” which is convenient for Canton SW and Perry Township. Not everyone has time to go all the way to Cleveland Ave or to Massillon or to North Canton because those locations are so far out of the way. Some people can only use this location. So it’s a shame that such a convenient location is so bad. Myself as well as friends, staff members and family members have had only bad experiences here. No matter how clearly or slowly you speak your order they NEVER get it right. You can even go inside and say it to them at the counter and the still won’t get it correct which I just cannot grasp. Today around noon I finally had enough and said if I have to go out of my way to go to another coffee shop then at this point it’s well worth doing so. I walked in and there were only 5 customers which wasn’t bad at all. 2 women were waiting on their order and a young man as well. I walked up to the counter and the woman standing at the register looked at me and literally turned around and walked away and went to the drive thru and began to take orders. The other woman barista was by herself and she had 8 cups in front of her making each one all by herself with no help. And they had another woman making all of the sandwiches and pastries. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. The woman who walked away glanced about 3 different times and wouldn’t come over. By this time there were 6 people in line behind me. I finally said “MISS!” To the barista (with the now 10 drinks in front of her which I felt bad for her at this point) to get her attention so that she or someone else could take my order. She also ignored me! Once again I said “Excuse me MISS” and I was ignored. At this point I had been standing at the counter for 15 minutes completely ignored. I looked at the woman behind me and I said you know what sweetie go ahead of me because I’m leaving and she said I think I’m going to as well. I walked out. I truly don’t know what is wrong with this specific location and why they have such a staffing problem and attitude problem and organization problem. Read moreThis Dunkin is very local to us and my dad has to work really late nights and he enjoys his coffee, helps him get thru some of his rough work nights. It is actually disappointing how many times we had ordered something and they forgot to make it. One time we ordered ONE hot coffee which was made about 15 minutes after we had ordered it because the slip may not have printed or the people here just didn't care enough to check. We had to try and get their attention like 5 times before we actually had assistance. Then, today definitely ruined our moods about this place -- as they saw us waiting at the register (we waited ALMOST 20 minutes and nobody else was in the lobby for those 20 minutes), one of the employees clocked out and knew we were waiting and told us that someone would be there to assist us well someone finally asked, after almost 20 minutes of walking past us like we weren't there when they clearly seen us there, "have you guys been helped?"... like if we were helped we wouldn't be standing at the register watching you guys walk past us for the past 20 minutes. Poorly ran Dunkin honestly.. disappoints me. I mean seriously, you have over 4 people over here working at a time and you only have 1-2 people periodically making drinks for JUST the drive thru??? You have front counter customers as well and you walk past them like they don't exist -- if you see us and have lazy employees who are talking and laughing in the back like please have them come up and do their jobs honestly. Read moreWorst service ever. Inattentive staff. Not a single person made eye contact with me. Had to wait 10 minutes to order when there was only 1 person ahead of me (who also had to wait several minutes for his order to be taken AND he had to yell for someone to take his order) then I had to wait what seemed like an eternity for my son's beverage meanwhile watching several employees pumping out drinks for the drive thru. I had to tell 3 people about my drink before someone finally made it. 1 person said it would be a minute then made 3 drinks for the drive thru. 1 person said okay hang on then made drinks for the drive thru. Finally out of frustration I called to the person in the drive thru who I think was a manager to come over and make my drink (which by the way the cashier who rang me up called this drink out to be made 20 minutes ago when he took my order.) What should have been a quick stop turned out to be a 30+ minute ordeal. This place is either severely understaffed or just flat out untrained. No one seemed to have any idea what they are doing and I will not be going back here again. Oh yes then the icing on the cake I saw the man that was making food in the back running orders out to the drive thru wearing gloves that he's making food with.
