Placed an order over the phone for delivery Pizza Hut on Tusc. CANTON Ohio - Female that I spoke with could not understand English at all - she asked me my name, address and phone # 3 times and kept calling me Lisa. I gave my order which she kept reading back pizza that I didn't even mention. She then stated pizza would be delivered within 30 minutes.
After an hour I called back and spoke to a Male whom stated they don't deliver (website states they do deliver). He asked for my name which I gave him (no pizzas under my name) he then asked what I ordered I advised as such and he stated that order is under Lisa and was been ready for 30 minutes and could be picked up. I asked why I wasn't called and told they don't deliver and asked if my pizza was cold and he stated Yes.
It 100% sounded like they were not going to even remake my pizzas until I stated I didn't want cold pizza due to they could have easily called me back since they had my phone # and address (not my name though due to order was put in under Lisa)
The male stated they would make new pizzas and would be ready in 15 minutes. This is not the first time we have had bad experiences - they have delivered to us before and 1 time called door dash themselves to deliver pizzas to me which costed me extra because I wasn't going to let the door dash driver do work with out paying her even though I didn't order through door dash.

I received a text day 8 mins away so I was waiting but I have new born so I couldn't stand at the door. And my other little children are waiting for me to say it's here. So I look I to go call back. I receive another text that said they delivered my pizza.Call if I have any problems with my dasher. I'm thinking, why would they say that they never knocked?I know I didn't miss them. I know it's probably the fault of the app but I ordered the family pack ($12.99 deal) that actually cost us $18ish before a tip because of the extra toppings. We ordered extra pepperoni on all of it, green peppers and bananna peppers on one side, and pineapple on the other side. Well there was green peppers, bananna peppers, and pineapple on the entire pizza. When I looked back in the app it said all three toppings were ordered on the whole thing which is not at ALL what I ordered! Not at all happy that, even though I took all the peppers off my side, it still tasted like peppers!
Now the extra pepperoni that we paid for...correct me if I'm wrong but extra pepperoni SHOULD constitue some amount of pepperoni in each piece yet there wasn't.
The dough in the center of the Pizza was very undercooked!
The bread"sticks" and cinnamon"sticks" were in one whole piece each, as in, it is EXTREMELY obvious they didn't even touch them with a knife.
