Took my family to Handels for the new Molnar Sunday unfortunately the line I choose was my first mistake. We have always enjoyed Handles ice cream so no complaints there. But when I saw this on the news it made me want one. So after standing in my line for 25 to 30 minutes with 2 small children it was my turn to order. I ordered 3 of the cinnamon bun sundays and 3 cones. We get the cones out of the way and then get to the Sundays. We get them the icing on the cinnamon buns looked to be not melted so I touched mine and not only was the icing solid from being cold but the bun itself was ice cold. I said something to the young girl and she said oh we can only put it in the microwave for a few seconds I can heat it up some more for you and I said sure. I watched her put the whole dish in the microwave ice-cream and all. So she put something that is ice cold and should be warm with something that is ice-cold and should be ice-cold in the microwave for 15ish seconds the end result was the ice-cream was starting to melt and the buns were still cold. I did not say any else just took them and left due to the amount of time that was already spent standing in line. This gives a bad name to Molnars product and Handles due to the lack of quality control. I know this is not a 5star restaurant but I came for what I saw on the news and got something completely different. I will give it one more shot but if the outcome is the same (different girl of course) Molnars should think about ending the relationship...
