I absolutely love going to Handles ice cream when I come to Ohio. We are from Amarillo, TX so after a long drive it is one of the things I look forward to. However, this trip was a huge disappointment. My older brother ordered a chocolate milkshake and then asked to change it to a monster chocolate shake. The cashier said OK and told the girls behind her. After finishing our order, they brought us the ice cream. At first they forgot the hot fudge on mine, but went back to fix that. Then they ended up bringing us two chocolate shakes instead of one. We told them that we only wanted the monster shake, but they did not say anything. They talked amongst themselves not addressing the extra shake. The cashier told us our total was 22.50, so we figured that they charged us for both and paid. How in the world does something like that even happen?? I hate leaving a bad review and I wouldn't have if it was just one hair....I get accidents can...

I know it’s not a huge deal just kind of an annoyance when trying to figure out who’s ice...
