Hot Head Burritos — Restaurant in Ohio

I am not one to bash a "local" buisness But the service I received at Hot Heads on Boardman Canfield Rd, Across from Meijer is the worst I have experienced in a long time. Started on Wednesday @ approx 7:25 pm I stopped in to buy 3 bowls, which cost me $35.85. When I purchased these bowls in the past from Hot Heads the bowls where full bowls. Yesterdays bowls where half full I was like wow cutting back are you and I was told yes. It did not seem right to me It felt and looked more like they where low so they had to skimp and stretch they stuff. I Called the store manager this morning and she said no the bowls should have been full. She offered to comp me ONE "Free" bowl. I said it is a little comp considering I spent $35.85. I accepted it and she said just stop in and tell them your name and it will be on the house. Well I went out of my way made a special trip to get the comp. I ordered my bowl and when it was done I told the I have a comp from yesterday and Benjamin said you have your receipt I told him all I was told is to give my name no one ever said bring your receipt which I did have at home. He refused to comp my bowl and offered to sell it at 10% off. I asked him to call the manager I spoke with he refused. I asked for a number to the main office he refused, I asked for the number for district manage he refused. POOR POOR POOR customer service. Good way to...

I had been to this location before and had no complaints, however my experience was not as good this time around, despite no other customers present. I had a buy one get one free coupon this time, which I used to buy 2 barbacoa bowls for lunch. I like a lot of stuff in mine and ordered my usual: rice, beans, barbacoa, fajita veggies, drizzle of hot sauce, lime juice, cilantro, pico, corn salsa and salsa verde, lettuce, cheese blend. I don’t always order guacamole, but I chose to this time. The employee making my bowl put 2 scoops of guacamole on it, but one fell off. She wiped up the counter but didn’t bother giving me a new second scoop. Kind of off-putting when guacamole is an up-charge and the scoops are small. I didn’t want to be that person, so I let it slide. The other bowl was for a spice sensitive person, so just rice, barbacoa, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream, and that one had no issues. My bowl tasted ok until I was almost halfway through and found a paper label in it. Employees apologized as expected and did remake my bowl. I skipped the pico since it was obviously contaminated, and I wasn’t offered any fresh pico either. This time I again only got a single scoop of guacamole. I didn’t want to be that person, and it was a replacement anyway, so I didn’t comment. Next time I will think twice before coming here, and if I do, I won’t bother...

Normally I'm a regular, but today I literally had to pitch my food right away, after purchasing it and losing a large entree I had on my rewards card, the girl that was waiting on me is not approachable or spoken at all, her nose was gushing down her face and I saw some of that snot hit my food!!!! It was so disgusting and i mentioned it to the other girl and not one word was said and food was pushed to me, like freaking really !???
