FALSE ADVERTISING: Been getting so many burnt subs in my mobile orders this winter that I’m finally posting one cos I feel like I’ve wasted too much money. All pictures on ordering app show non burnt subs, I get burnt ones-this is bait and switch false advertising. I’ve had two burnt meatball subs and a burnt French dip. At this point cos I put in mobile order I wonder if they do this to me on purpose since my name comes through on the sub. The new staff isn’t really friendly they use to greet you early on when they first open, now they talk and side eye like gosh we gotta a customer and have to work now. Like angry I came in to make them work, that’s why I started the mobile ordering so I wasn’t a bother. But it’s like with mobile order they are just sliding in messed up subs n making you take the L. I wrote corporate sent photo I’m posting here they thanked me for my feedback. I paid $15 for a large sub half was fully burnt they offered no refund, reward points, or coupon to a regular size sub to make up for half of my large burnt. Nothing was offered so here I am sharing with the community what’s been going on. Corporate as well as this location is false advertising what they are selling and majorly marked up prices recently $15 a 11” meatball subs (not even 12”). You can’t show me pictures of how your sub looks and than sneakily multiple times mobile ordering send me off with burnt subs. The white girl had a scowl on her face that was completely unwelcoming. She got visibly irritated when I kept having her repeat thing. Well, I'm sorry, the sounds echo like an echo chamber and my hearing aids don't do well with that. The two black females were chatting away with one another but when they scream the name, it's intolerable! Third, we ordered and sat for over 15 minutes waiting for a sandwich. When we did get our sandwich, NO BACON on it. A Club Sandwich ALWAYS has bacon... Lastly, the parking sucks. WHY would anyone put a regular parking space BETWEEN 2 handicap parking spaces. AND, the handicap spaces are NOT TO ADA requirements meaning they break federal ADA laws. each handicap space must be a minimum of 96 inches wide. These spots...

Ordered online. The pics made the subs LOOK so tasty and since we heard SO MUCH about them, finally gave them a try. WHAT a disappointment. We ordered one medium Chicken, bacon, ranch and one medium NY Steamer, both on wheat. Can you see my so called "steamer" along with a copy of what they, The Firehouse Sub Company, posts online as to what the subs "suppose" to look like? You tell me, does my sub look ANYTHING like their own picture? And I ordered banana peppers. Where are my peppers? It CLEARLY says on the receipt 'banana peppers, yes?
