I ate here opening day Thursday and was incredibly impressed with not only the food but the staff in the restaurant. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable which was helpful for me being a first time customer here. I couldn’t decide between salmon or fried chicken which both were recommended by Austin who was the most welcoming and kind restaurant manager I’ve ever interacted with and the staff let me sample both. HORRIBLE service. It takes almost 10 minutes and sometime longer to be served, even when lines are short or there is no line at all. Certain staff members are rude and disinterested in their jobs. Staff members do not help each other AT ALL. Members of staff will disappear to the back for extended periods of time, even when lines are long. The food is great but the service definitely deters me from coming to this location. The Niles store is absolutely great, if they are run by the same person I have no clue where the disconnect is occurring. Also food options are almost never stocked and I have had to wait on multiple occasions...

Ordered 4 bowls total was 57.00 staff was rude we were the only people in line at the time we had to ask to be waited on. Seems like staff does not like their job. They barely gave us portions so my boys asked for a little more rice and potatoes which they got 7 to 8 squares each and they charged use for all of these extras and did t even tell us until the check out. They should at least tell you when something cost extra. I did get the salmon which I was aware of the extra charge and it was amazingly good.
