Never having been there before we didn't quite know what to expect. We walked in with two boys, and the lady tells us they recommend the "Slim's" for kids. That's the first thing, because the boys like all the extra toppings like lettuce, black olives and so on. The Slim's onky had the meat item???? Nothing else.... What in the world? And no kids menu... So my one step son orders "the provalone" the lady at the counter says "you know that's just bread and cheese right?" Well we we're just like "I know it's odd but that's what he wants." Then the lady acted kinda irritated at us. Next I asked what was better between the "tuna" or the "turkey" they resoundedly answered "tuna" which I thought was kinda odd because usually turkey is like a go to sub for "calorie conscious people" it just made me wonder how you can get turkey wrong. We didnt like the fact that you couldn't customise your sub. My wife ordered a BLT. Anyways when we got our food the boys "provalone" had advacado sauce on it how do you mess that up? They weren't even that busy. We had to give it back for the cheese only. Then the way the lady made it sound when my wife ordered she thought she could get cheese on it. But when she got the receipt she saw that they charged a extra .75 for the cheese, and then they never put the cheese on it. They don't give you the option to toast the bread. Overall we weren't impressed with the prices, and didn't even get drinks because as it were it was already $25.00 without them. With them it probably would of been around $30. We weren't impressed with the taste of it. We honsestly like subway better, and we don't intend to go back. At subway we can feed all four of us for around...

Incompetent and rude. I submitted a DoorDash order and it didn’t show delivered and in progress for 45 mins. I call the place and the first person that answered kept interrupting me when I tried giving him my name. Then he tells his manager he can’t find my order. Then the manager gets on the phone and doesn’t ask for my name and continues to interrupt me and claim my order wasn’t there. When I first called the order it said it was waiting for a dasher. Therefore the store already confirmed it and did the order, it was just waiting for someone to deliver it. Anyways she began to continue saying the order is not in the system and then suddenly the order says it was delivered. I explained this to her and she says DoorDash is a third party and they don’t touch anything when it’s delivered. Doesn’t make any sense and she was simply playing dumb. I go around my apt to see if it was left anywhere and there it was, left at the wrong apt.

Also keep in mind when I go to help on this order through DoorDash app it gave this store’s specific number to get help with the order. Not the typical DoorDash help you would get. You can’t get any refunds or anything. The store is in...

I ordered 2 standard sandwiches through the app at 11:45am on a Friday. After getting confirmation that the order was received at this store, I waited one hour before calling to check in. The person who answered said they were “slammed” and hadn’t made the sandwiches yet, plus their one delivery driver was “out with 5 other deliveries” but would be back to take my order out soon. They also said if I “didn’t feel like waiting” I could just come down to the store to get them myself (this is after already paying the delivery fee with a generous tip through the app). I said that wasn’t possible and I would continue to wait if they would in fact be delivered in a reasonable amount of time from then. Another full hour later, still no sandwiches and no communication from the store. Upon calling a 2nd time (a full 2 hours after the order was placed), the same person answered the phone and said they still hadn’t had a chance to make the sandwiches.
