I went to the 4750 Tuscarawas St W, Canton, OH 44708 restaurant (GENERAL MANAGER CAUCASIAN WOMAN BALD BLONDE BUTCH TYPE CLAIM HIS NAME IS SAM) to order to 2 pizzas they were dry, cold, and barely had any cheese on them. I asked the manager to make them fresh, she replied I just made these not even 5 minutes ago. I continued to ask for fresh pizzas. She asked me to pull to the parking spot and it would be a 10 minute wait. My children, fiancé, and I waited in the parking spot for close to 20 minutes. No one never brought our pizzas out. I drive back to the drive through window and another worker handed me the same exact pizza from 20 minutes ago and 1 newer pizza. I gave the pizza back and asked for a new 1. The manager argued that it wasn’t the same pizza and she isn’t giving me a fresh pizza. She then snatched the box from my hands while raising her voice while talking to me. I told her to quiet her tone and stop yelling at me. She was so upset she could barely get the pizza box back into the drive thru window. She then yelled at me to give me back the other pizza repeating it multiple times. I told her no this pizza is fine it’s just that 1 that is old. I asked her why did she want the other pizza back she said she was giving me a refund because she refuse to give me fresh pizza. I told her no. She then called the police. The police came and asked me what happen. The officer went in the restaurant to make the manager give me a fresh pizza. This was such a horrible experience. My kids were in the car and wondering why this woman treated us like she did. Also I’m 3 months pregnant and this woman was getting combative and aggressive with me just because I asked for fresh food. She said she didn’t care her name is Sam and also said to me do you think I’m scared of you in a threatening manner when I mentioned calling corporate. Something needs to be done because it’s no way I should of been treated this way just because we didn’t want old pizza. Read moreOne of the worst experiences that I have had in a long time. We called in to order a stuffed crust cheese pizza with light sauce. The lady that took our call was extremely rude and didn't seem to be wanting to work on a Friday night.
After placing our order, we go to pick it up. When we arrived, they informed us that no one put our order in the system and that we had to wait 15 minutes while they prepared it.
All right, we'll be patient, no worries. So we wait, and we are given the pizza. We arrive home to notice that the dough was not cooked all the way through...and adding insult to injury, they did not follow the original instructions for 'light sauce' and no pepperonis.
So by this time, I am frustrated with their pizza performance. I called in to speak to the Manager. A rude lady answered and told me that 'they were busy' and I couldn't talk to a manager. I said Okay this is crazy, but sure I will wait. She hung up.
So I called in an additional 7x before someone else answered. This person said that they were the Manager. I explained the problem and he said, no problem, we will handle it.
I thought, alright cool let's go get the pizza we ordered. My fiance went to go get it this time. She arrived 10 minutes after calling. After 32 minutes of waiting in the lobby, they said that her pizza was finally ready, that they forgot it was done, it comes in a different box when they are stuffed crust.
I am just documenting my experience, I don't feel any type of way towards any of the individuals who were responsible for this sh*t show but as a business owner and Google guide, I feel it is my moral obligation to bring this attention to...
Read moreI rarely give a one star review but I can find very little positive things to say about this store. The employees are not customer friendly. The first incident was I had made an order on the app, I went to pick it up and noticed they had a drive thru so I went drove thru to be told that I was not allowed to pick up there and had walk in to get it.. the second time I ordered through the app it malfunctioned and did not give me a code to get my pizza out of the portal and was to that they couldn't give it to me without a code even though I showed where I had ordered and paid for it on the app. The third time I ordered with the app I ordered and paid for several pizzas for my daughters birthday several hours in advance with a set pickup time. I went to pick them up and I had to argue with an employee and a manager because they couldn't find the order even though I showed them on the app that they were ordered and paid for. After 30 minutes they finally started to make the order which made me late getting back for the party. This last time I called in and made a small order they told me 30 minutes before it would be ready... no problem... I show up to pick up my order and they didn't have the order again and after 15 minutes of them trying to figure it out and me showing I did call the right store for the order I had to wait for them to make it.
