i had placed a mobile order and therefore it was already paid for when i got there. i do this to save time and have less contact when possible. Their sign outside literally said “drive up window open”. i figured since it was raining pretty hard and i’ve already paid, the window would be the easiest option. i pulled up at my estimated time and rang the doorbell attached to the window. i continued to wait about 10-12 minutes thinking they must’ve been busy in the lobby. i continued to ring the bell every 5 minutes or so. i felt like i was being ignored, so i called them twice and the phone was never answered. at this point i decide it wasn’t worth it and went in. the restaurant was empty except for 1 customer. needless to say, i was upset. i haven’t had many positive experiences at this location with the staff but the sandwiches are still great. maybe consider having more than just 2 people working there at any given time. you get the business,...
Read morei called them right after placing a doordash order because i wanted to change the wrap i had ordered to flat bread. im not usually someone to complain but this lady answered and rushed the phonecall so much this is how our conversation went "hi! i just placed an order on doordash and theres no option for the type of bread-" immediately cuts me off and says something about italian bread (couldn't understand her) i said "is there any way i could replace the wrap with flatbread?" she sighed into the phone and said "sure but we close at 7 be here before then." then in the most childish voice says "byeeeee!!" and cuts me off by hanging up the phone before i can say "okay thank you!" this hurt my heart i took it a little personally 😂 like i have absolutely never been treated like that at any place in my life and again im never the person to complain about this kind of stuff because i completely understand how hard working in the food industry...

I assume the one person was new because she had no clue what the main ingredients were on the subs yet she was making them alone (Alyssa). Then a younger gentleman came to help who also had no clue what he was doing and had no name tag. About 15-20 minutes of waiting. The manager (Mary) finally comes out but not to help with the order we were placing she just went in between them and made a grub hub order instead. We ordered 4 items and the right amount of chicken was not put on the chicken Caesar wrap and then the Italian bread on the other 3 subs were stale. After all this we were not even offered an apology for our wait or anything.
