The location was easily accessable from the highway with access to and from the restaurant being restricted only by traffic stopping at the intersection about 750ft from the driveway. The street is 4 lane with turn lane.

The menu items are limited to the most popular items due to the dual store. The food was served hot but not freshly taken from deep fryer but my visit was not at a meal time during the day, there was no waiting in the drive thru at the time of my visit but I was asked to pull forward and my order was delivered to my vehicle by an employee within about 5 minutes from purchase. The sandwich was messy and napkins were forgotten when the items were bagged. I ordered for 3 people with both menus and everything was bagged in a single bag neatly, figuring out the order was not difficult due to the menu items being different shapes and the side items being all the same sizes. You could however tell that the french fries were prepared with the same oil as other menu items and the fries while seasoned didn't appear to be additionally salted after being fried.

I would call the overall quality, speed of service and value typical of most fast food restaurants in the area and very similar to what I would expect to receive. I found them to be overpriced compared to major franchise chains such as McDonald's or Burger King which are not located at the same highway exit, but those chains are at the next exit further north from Needmore Rd. (where Long John's/A&W is) at Benchwood Ave/Miller Lane exit. (McDonald's is on N.Dixie Hywy, Burger King is off...

My friend & me ordered 3 Meals. The dinners were not boxed together. I ordered 2pcs of Fish & coleslaw. The slaw was not in the box with the fish & there was plenty of room in that box for that and my vinegar &Tarter sauce. There wasn't vinegar or tarter at The Condiment Bar so I had to ask for it, twice, two different Associates. When we got back to the Apt. Complex we had to tear through everything in the bag to assemble the 3 dinners IN THE CAR so we could part ways after shopping and get all of our packages in our homes. I sure hope that with all of the holiday shopping & groceries going on that they get it TOGETHER! My fish landed on the floorboard in all the assembling commotion 😩. Sure did look & smell good 😭. I was starving!! 3 Meals should = 3 Bags w/napkins & condiments for each.... They WERE Prompt & kind, we were the only 2 people in there, not much fore thought or CONSIDERATION. (No wonder it was empty at 6:00pm, dinner rush is usually 4:pm - 8: or 9:!!) Sad. Frugal on those sauces too. No Up selling... How about some DRINKS?!? DESSERT?! Seems like they just didn't...

I went to this one which is almost 8 miles from my home, just to encounter a huge problem. I ordered almost $50 worth of food and one of the workers decided to give my order to the customer in front of me. I waited nearly an hour for my food. However the manager that took my order came to check on me and rectified the situation. I wish I had her name she should be commended for handling the situation. Hey y'all went back to the same Long John's and had an even better experience the young lady that took my order was so pleasant and considerate. I think her name was takashi if I'm saying it correctly. She needs to be recognized for her service. I visited on 3/15/2024...
