McDonald's — Restaurant in Ohio

I used to have a favorite ones of the 4 in the area & for different reasons. An I'm sure everyone does.. But, now having the experiences I have at each restaurant from raw eggs & egg shell filled sandwiches has been the worst for myself... The rudeness of some, i can shake it off most of the time by expressing kindness back.. I stopped eating any other type of the food serve here, but too long ago, to remember. And now knowing you guys take points that have already been earned before we get a chance to even spend them is absurd, it's from our own $ spent, it's completely just plain evil, behavior.. An right when you change the pricing on your food, but yet everything else has went downhill & fast 😕... Once, I can find an option that has similar convenience, me & mines will never look back... I can only imagine what alot of the others customers go through, from rude staff 💯, that should've definitely find another profession if their so miserable in their own... I understand, everyone has bad days, but some of the employees holding higher positions here are the same negative people, all the time... An, I know from personal experience, it makes it hard when training up new employees with old busted up hating life bosses, that just make your time, absolutely miserable... So, then you have them all acting the same... An in my opinion, this is really bad 👎 for business... I hope 🙏 that this doesn't effect alot of the youth, that are really trying to work up under a negative 😬 Nancy, Or Ol' Pessimistic Paul... An the ones just setting back & allowing it just so the business continues to grow & thrive... An it's seems like there isn't planning to be any real change here, so maybe people's opinions 🤔...

Placed my order pulled up for my food, got a diet coke, but ordered a coke, so I had let them know, and they acted like it was my fault and not theirs. I then ask if they wanted me to pull forward beings how I ask for fresh nuggets and fries and I did I had waited 16 minutes so I ask a employee that was taking an order to curbside if they had maybe forgotten about me?? So before the employee went back in he had a few puffs of a cigarette. He then brought me my order and I ask if my dips were in there and I could only find one so I ask for dips and also for fresh fries he broughtme more dips but for the 2nd time had droppedsome both times, and they act as if I was bothering them. The manager brought me my fries with a horrible attitude and as I processed to tell her if I'd knew I'd had to wait on pies I wouldn't have but before I could explain to her she said have a good day and slammed the window in my face so I called and spoke with another manager explained what happened and that I had waited 20mins in the drive thru and ask what he could do to make it right and I said you could refund my $$ and he said if you return the food he would do so. I told him I sure would when I got back in town. I will be returning the food today February 5th. I've been going to this McDonald's for many many years and not 1 problem there as a matter of fact I've always said they were great friendly and fresh food and I'm sure I'll continue to go there but I believe the lady Denna or Deanna (not sure of the correct name as to the manager not wanting to give it to me) should have to take a class in how to treat people. It was the worst treatment I've ever had at ANY FAST...

Updated review: Although they are slightly faster than they used to be 75% of the time you end up with someone else food. I started just ordering everything plain and adding ketchup when I get home but that still only works 50% of the time. I've never been to a more consistently bad McDonald's. Breakfast shift are all nice, friendly, fast and accurate. After that good luck! 4 yr ago review: By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. As it's very close to my house I've given them more chances than they deserve. Slow service, I've gotten the wrong order more often than the right one. Then they act like it's an inconvenience to fix it. After the remodel they installed a double Drive thru, which is used incorrectly. Only making the line longer and slower.
