Mike's Pizza and More — Restaurant in Ohio

I placed an order on line and went to pick it. I paid for the order at the counter and then they couldn't find my order. They had some trouble with their ticket printer, i under stood. When i get home with my order i find out that one of the pizza's was wrong, i called and talk to a gentleman. He tells me to bring it back and tell them its wrong. I ask him if the could remake it and i would be in to pick it up.i tell him that im 20 -25 minutes away and he asked me where are you coming from so i tell him. He said well that only takes me 10 minutes so why dose it take you so long. I told him i had already been there for 20 - 25 mintures waiting for my order they couldnt find and then they found it. So now you want me to come back and wait another 20 -30 minute for a new pizza ( he told me that it would take 30 minutes for a new pizza ) he said im a delivery driver and he couldn't do anything for me. First of all he shouldn't of question my driving when they don't deliver to part of town, all he had to do was place the order and i would of picked it up. I did take it back and waited maybe 15 - 20 minutes for a new pizza, the lady at the desk was the same one that i had talk to when i fist came in when they couldn't find my order. The help there is rude, one the managers had to keep yelling at them to get it together and to watch their language and tone of...

We order from Mikes at least once a week and normally never have any problems. The last couple times though we have had problems with our orders being done right and the employees arguing with us about the way it had always been done. We always get 1 BLT sub no lettuce (BLT’s) come with mayonnaise, they put Italian dressing on it and said that’s the way they have always been made! I order the chicken bacon ranch calzone today they decided to put butter garlic parm on the top, that has never been on my calzone in almost a year , yet the lady tried to argue the fact every calzone has it on them. I am so disappointed in the service we have been getting we are thinking about not ordering from Mikes anymore because it has just gotten to be nothing but a hassle. When I had them make me a new calzone it was burnt and the bread was all torn up and half the ingredients that I had on the first one wasn’t even on the second one. Mike needs to get competent employees that are public friendly and know what they are doing. I even took a menu to prove the butter garlic parm doesn’t come on the calzones I wish I could past pics here to show the two calzones and the menu. So disappointed and unsatisfactory service....

Third time eating from this place and it continues to greatly exceed expectations. As I sit here, debating on whether or not to turn a slice of this amazing Mac and Cheese Pizza into a single bite by violently shoving it into my mouth, I turn and notice my two little girls, who are often very picky and sometimes seem to detest eating, going to town on their pieces. During the typing of that sentence, I let of a very relaxing burp and decide it just freed up room for a slice of the fantastic Southwest Steak Pizza, plus perhaps a delectable piece of the Cheesy Pickle Bread.

Long story short, if you're reading this and not deciding what to order from Mike's Pizza & More, you're obviously not a true American patriot. If you need help deciding, go with the Chicken Philly Pizza.

Or if you're not a huge pizza fan, they have other stuff I haven't tried (hence the "& More" in their name) that I'd bet my left foot is just as delicious as the pizza.

Lastly, don't forget the Cinnamon Bread. You're already loading up on these ravishing carbs, so go all in with the dessert too.
