Misty's Kone Shoppe — Restaurant in Ohio

My husband and I eat here quite often whether it's for dinner or just dessert well this evening we stopped n I got what was supposed to have been a lg drink which u would think it would have been their 32oz cups sitting right beside their pop machine but nope I was handed a 20oz cup for $2 n when I asked the worker who h was a heavier set girl with he hiney hanging out of her shorts whether disturbing especially when there are old and young couples and married cpls who come there and you would think she'd have a little bit of respect for those cpls which she obviously doesn't have for herself but with my drink I asked her if that was a long very snooty says yes and shuts the window this us ny first bad experience auth this place. Poor experience due to extended wait times and personnel. They make decent ice cream and shakes but they don't seem to care about wait times. Today was the fastest I've made it through since last year and I was there for over 20 minutes waiting for 2 people in line. you finally make it to the window the person waiting on you seems like they're annoyed you're there. The girl at the window didn't have the correct prices.

My past few experiences were similar and I've even received rude looks while waiting in line. One time in particular I was listening to the staff talk with customers about their friends for several minutes before the customer left.

I really loved Misty's since I've moved to the area in 2014. Been there a bunch but the quality of service has plummeted. Hope they are able to get it...

Misty's food and ice creams are always good. Their Starving Marvin hamburgers I think are the best tasting hamburgers around the area and are available as a double but not on the menu. The owners also make a bunch of different handmade ice cream which are great. They do a great job of helping local high-school and college gals by hiring them.
